Good day

I have requested confirmation on numerous occasions as my account should be settled and closed. I made payment of R 3 575.58 on Friday 21 June.
As well as the debit order which was deducted from my account R 333 on 20 June.
I also contacted the call center and spoke to an agent but to date have not received any confirmation of my account being closed. This has taken a month and still no confirmation, this is just ridiculous pathetic customer service.
