I too signed up for the "free sample" and received my kit in the mail. I was not happy and decided to send it back, before I could do so, my debt card was charged $130.00! I called customer service, and was told that they could do nothing. This company is a scam! I will be calling my bank in the morning (as this is Sunday) and demanding that they no longer accept charges from this company. Their 10 day "free" trial is a joke! Hopefullynot too many more of you out there have fallen for this scam.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

THEY ARE A RIP OFF THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME. MY CARD WAS DECLINED SO I DIDN'T THINK I WAS GOING TO GET THE PRODUCT THEN TWO WEEKS LATER THEY CHARGED MY CARD WITH OUT MY NOWING, BUT I'M GOING TO FIGHT THIS CHARGE IT WAS CLEARLY CREDIT CARD FRAUD. SO IF YOU GIVE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER THEY WILL HOLD YOUR NUMBERS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD AND KEEP RUNNING IT.SO IF YOU DON'T WONT TO BE A VICTOM DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Today I got charged $130.00 for this S@#$. They told me they would cancel my membership, but, no refund. I had "10 days from shipment" to cancel the order, and it is in the "terms and Conditions". Of course I didn't check my e-mail, and so I didn't see that I was getting charged this amount. I am going to see what the bank will do for me. This is crap. I now will only buy products at the retail store not online.
