Order #26-13608-24306 The seller refuses to refund money due to order is over 90 days. I have not received the item. Item is listed for delivery to be in January of 2026 I contacted the seller and he is adamant that he does not need to refund my money because purchase was over the 90 days to complain. Seller seems to not understand that the item was never sent out and refund is not to be reimbursed. Item was purchased through EBay, I have tried for help but I could not make a complaint or make contact with EBay, AI assistant could not find a problem to associate my request to.
Claimed loss: US $140.29 Money I have paid for item
Desired outcome: I would like my money back! Seller did not send item, I have paid money for item but never received! In my country that is called FRAUD!
