You should not advertise that you will receive your luggage ‘priority’ if you pay for hands free as we did not get our cases out first at the carousel. When we got to Palma one of our cases was LAST off and when we got back to Glasgow it was one of the last cases off even with a big priority label on it.
This is false advertising.

Where do you send complaints to. Is this the official easyjet page.

I booked an extra bag on to my evening flight in the morning. I turned up at night to be told my booking had not been processed even thought I was emailed a booking ref number as it was a satarday (I guess computer says yes then no on a satarday) so now I had to pay £40 or my bag would not be flying.
This just seems like a total SCAM
Pretty annoying after I had booked it on in the morning for £16.85. only to have £40 stolen off me by easyjet.
So anybody booking an extra bag on to their flight don't do it unless you are not flying for at least 2 days. Easy jet cannot process extra bags in 8 hours. But magically can do it when you are their immediately for £40 .
So please read this and don't be caught by this SCAM.

After four months and numerous emails 20 and calls 11 the situation still the same i know the problem you are incapable to resolve "passenger name does not match Easyjet Plus account holder ".

I just made another reservation EVSL744 and i have been on the phone to Easyjet Plus [protected] for 12.5 minutes ?.
After to a different number [protected] for nine minutes same result no answer i was train to allocated seats for the above flight using Easyjet Plus [protected] what happen to your company such poor customer services ?.

Many of those email addresses bounce currently - I have found this is a list which does work - and includes their new CEO
