Eastman Meyler review: Expungement representation

This firm, and particularly Sam Eastman, is a scam. They make no effort to actually work your case, they just tale payment then become impossible to get on the phone. Sam gave me his "direct line" and then never answered it except to call me an idiot via text and threaten me with harassment. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe if you under contract as my attorney, I have a right to contact you on the line you gave me about my case until the contract is terminated. I have requested a refund many times due to inactivity on my case (I paid in full over 13 months ago, zero progress) and I have been ignored. When I am able to speak to a phone operator, they tell me Sam is impossible to reach and he's the only one with authority to refund my money and return my documents.
