Window World of Davenport

I had a tough time getting replacement window sashes from Window World. I called them in the spring/early summer of 2021 and gave them all the necessary information, but it took until July 21st for them to set up a time to come out. Unfortunately, I wasn't available that day, and there was no follow-up until I called back. On October 31st, they finally came out, but they only brought two sashes instead of three, and one of them was the wrong type. They told me to follow up after Thanksgiving, but when I did, they berated me and said they would call me when they were ready. I called again on April 19th, 2022, and asked for someone else to follow up, but the receptionist said there was no one else. She said they would probably come out that week, but they didn't. I texted them on May 12th to set up a time for the remaining sashes, but got no response. I called again on May 17th, and the receptionist apologized and said they would send another email to follow up, but I told her it was the last time I would be calling. I still haven't heard back from them, but I really want those two remaining sashes.
