We sent our vacuum in for repair and received an estimate for repair along with an option to buy a reconditioned model. We opted for and approved the repair cost of $191 and our response was sent to Richard Leach at Dyson the morning after receiving his email. Today we received an email from Dyson stating our repair was canceled because we did not respond. I sent a copy of the email thread showing when we received the quote and the email we sent approving the repair. What a horrible experience. NEVER BUY ANY DYSON PRODUCTS
