Dynamic Comfort is a great company! *** checked my furnace and air scrubber today and he was very thorough and friendly. All of the people at Dynamic Comfort have been great. I don't need to keep track of my maintenance schedule because they do it for me. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling needs.

We attended the local home show and met *** the founder of this company. Since then they check our heating and a/c twice a year. The are always on time respectful and reasonable in their services. We are confident to highly recommend them to the ComplaintsBoard.com as an example of how businesses should treat and respect clients.

Nate arrived earlier than the original appointment (he called to make sure that was ok first) and was extremely polite and explained things thoroughly. He took the time to understand what Our issues were and had a game plan to fix it. We really appreciate the way things ended up and look forward to seeing them again for our maintenance. I purchased my higher end Rheem HVAC system last year, had one small issue afterwards that a service tech respondent o successfully under warranty. Today, I had a one year free check, the tech was excellent, my system was fine, he was thorough, cleaned it and gave me good advice on maintenance matters as well as resetting thermostat to resolve a small nagging issue. Was very pleased all the way around.

The gentleman that serviced here, needs better customer service. He walks in our home like he lived here and sits at our table with out asking and every time I turned around he standing right there not announcing what he needed. He was just standing there staring. He touched our laundry and moved it out of his way instead of asking me to move it which I could of done if I had known it was going to be in his way.

Nate was wonderful- very knowledgeable, friendly, professional (I like that the company is family owned- and he has a vested interest in all that happens). Nate explained all the details thoroughly and then had the skills to repair the issues. Grateful for his gifts of information, educational expertise, and patience to answer all questions. Highly recommend! I Will spread the word and use him and his company again. I Was blessed!

Jacob stopped by my home today and looked into both of our units. He provided a thorough description of the items he looked at and the tests that he did to assess function. I've always had a great experience with Dynamic Comfort. They are locally owned and operated here in Tucson, AZ and I have had nothing but a positive experience with them. Jacob did an excellent job at my home and I am thankful he carved out a convenient time that allowed me to personally meet with him.

They have delivered dependable service and made recommendations to help us understand what we can do to help us keep our HVAC systems in good operating condition. Our nearly new heatpump stopped blowing warm air this winter. Dynamic comfort sent *** out to take a look at it. He quickly discovered the problem and since the part would take a couple of days to get in he supplied us with a space heater and then when the part came in he replaced it as quickly as possible. With a little help from *** he was able to get it working again.We have been with Dynamic Comfort for several years now and they are always friendly and professional.

came out on a Sunday as my *** stopped working. It was very hot for me and my daughter and three fur babies. Probably about 110 outside. He was able to fix the part that was broken he had the part on his truck. Very courteous kind and caring I cannot say enough good things about *** or his company. He was on time when he said he was coming and he completed the job in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable about the *** unit Had a very great personality very nice young man. I was very impressed with the professionalism and Personalism of the owner Eric, and his employees from the beginning of our working relationships. This company is a very thorough company in explaining the process from beginning to end. I strongly recommend this company to anyone Who wants to work with professionals who have the upmost care to best benefit their customers. The last person I met was Jacob. Jacob was very professional and personable. I felt very much at ease and having him in our home to check our units to ensure they were in good working order. Thank you Jake up!

Initially, reaching someone to request the help I needed. But once I spoke to the manager he worked to meet my need for same day asisstance. Although, I was told the help would come asap. The technician assigned to help showed up just that, ASAP. It was late (930pm) when he arrived. The extended delay was due to the extensive major repairs needed to get the *** unit working on the job he w(***) as already working on. *** diagnosis process was swift. He isolated the difficulty. Fortunately, the part needed to be reset, instead of replacement. I was so happy to have our *** running again within 30 minutes of his arrival. *** was polite, professional and thorough. He also followed up the next morn as promised to ensure everything was still functioning properly.

We went through our home owners ins to get our air conditioning fixed but was denied. We had a well known air conditioning company come to our home that offered a "complete rejuvenation" of our AC but then told us our only option was to have it completely replaced. We won a raffle for a free one year AC maintenance package from Dynamic Comfort. We told them that our AC had not been working for over 2 years. They came out to checked our AC, went through it thoroughly, and was able to get it working again without having to replace anything. Dynamic Comfort was extremely professional and friendly. You could see that they know their business very well and that they really cared about our situation. We would highly recommend Dynamic Comfort to anyone with AC and heating needs.

I have worked with this company for years and am always impressed. Their prices are reasonable, they are honest and professional. Jacob came out to check on the unit once in the spring and once this week. He called ahead, was on time and very professional. The first time he was out he recommended a product to extend the life of our unit, but let me know that we could wait a few months to get it. It was great being able to plan ahead. We are also a foster family and we sometimes have kids with fears of strangers or behavior issues and the techs are always friendly and understanding. When they were here in the spring my daughter was a little scared and had some questions and Jacob did a great job answering her in a friendly and appropriate way. I would 100% recommend this company.

So I found the folder saw that I had 4 visits for the first 2 years, so the technician came out today, was on time , very professional, very through. So as far as the tech goes today he was 5 star, but my problem is with the company Dynamic Comfort, they came to my house in May just 9 months ago , in the folder was a bunch of reviews of the company all good ones, it also said that you would get 4 free checkups 2 a year for the first 2 years. So my problem is after 9 months no one called me and to be honest, if I would have not stumbled across the folder I still would have not been checked? I remember sitting at my table when signing the work order, and the representative was telling me all the pros of the company. So now that I have one check done I will need to get 3 more withing the next 14 months, I just think as a company you should practice what you preach . You said all the right things to get me to sign on , but there was no follow thru on the company's part. I just wonder if I would have not seen the folder would 2 years have gone by and I would have never been checked. I am retired now was a store mgr for Kroger-Fry's for 49 years, and I always felt like people put there trust in you when you live up to your standard. Will see now if Dynamic Confort will also live up to that standard. And I'm sure my comments will not make the brochure you give your customers but that's ok, just remember the tech who came out today was great so please do not blame him, this is a company problem .

The technician, ***, did the testing and evaluation of my 5 year old Rheem central air system. In 30 minutes, *** had told me I needed over $2,000.00 in service and parts. I was very surprised and said no to a new fan. I also asked for the replaced parts back. The next morning, I went out back and the AC fan on the outside unit was running and would not shut off. I called *** and he said that it would be ok, and he would be over later. *** was telling me 12 hours ago that the fan would not hold up. It was about noon when I called the office to find out when *** was going to make it back. *** showed up not too long afterward and said he had re-hooked the fan incorrectly. I then called Parker and Sons AC and Heating to give me a second opinion, at which time he tested the two parts that were replaced. One needed replacement and the other part was fine. I trusted these people, but even I had to ask for the old parts. The booklet the company gave to me had all these great ratings and organizations that supported them. I trusted them when I shouldn't have. I would like the price of the stated part that didn't need to be replaced refunded to me. Part number 328p4505h44p37a5r1, $326.00.
