My technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he isolated the problem with my heating unit, repaired the issue in a hurry and did not even chastise me for getting my weedeater tangled up in the thermostat wiring. I would recommend Dyess to everyone especially if they send a tech like him.

Although I am still evaluating this particular HVAC company, I have been fairly satisfied up to this point. The staff is always courteous and professional. I was taken aback by the relatively high labor charges, especially in consideration of the fact I bought a reasonably expensive unit from this company.

They have really come through for us. On a hot Saturday they had someone out within hours and got our AC back up and running. Their diagnostics were amazing and found other problems with our system which they fixed at a very affordable price. Their techs are amazing, polite, knowledgeable, and just great human beings. Great company.

Dyess Heating & Air provided outstanding service, very professional. Came out to perform Service Inspection. Explained everything he did and received warranty on items (dual capacitor) we were not aware still existed. Has a keen eye and noticed the copper tubing is in advanced corrosion. Excellent service! From the initial sales call to installation and follow up visit, they exceeded our expectations. We have used several service companies through the years and Dyess is by far the best. Price was very reasonable and just a few days after we purchased, they installed our new HVAC system, doing so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Dyess Air provided prompt and professional service at my home. The serviceman, Josh, observed social distancing, and even provided my dogs fresh water outside after they knocked their bowl over when they became so excited there was a visitor at the house! He was appropriately friendly and finished up in a timely manner. Other Dyess Air technicians have been equally efficient and also kind and professional.

I've been a Dyess customer for the last couple of years and have been satisfied and even impressed with their responsiveness. Their technicians are competent and professional as well as courteous. I recently spoke with one of their field managers (Dustin) about a problem with our unit, and he immediately took action. It is this kind of experience that gives me the peace of mind that I've made a good choice with Dyess Heating & Air.

The sales team was very knowledgeable. They took their time with us and as far as financing goes they did a great job. When the installers came out What was supposed to be a 2 day job they got it done in one day. Today I just had the quality control guy come out and everything looked great. All personnel that came in my house was very professional and kind and respectful. They did great and cleaned up after themselves I would recommend Dyess Air to anyone.

Dyess always does a great job on servicing our AC unit. Today's tech named Matco is very professional and knowledgeable of performing maintenance on our unit. He answered all questions that we had. Upon arrival he introduced himself, and let us know what he was going to do. My wife and I highly recommend Dyess Air to anyone that needs their AC/HEATING serviced or replaced. Brian Smith did a superb job getting our air conditioning working again. He was tenacious in finding the cause of our lack of air conditioning. He explained everything that was or wasn't occurring with our system inside and outside our home. He made suggestions to me after finding a short in the outdoor part of the system. He will also do some research to see if the part is still available for our system. It is always good to see professionalism in an employee of a company. It's nice to see someone enjoy their job. They were respectful informative and easy to work with. They documented their work and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I wish we can have a more specific appointment time. The home owner tend to waste their time while waiting for a morning appointment or a afternoon appointment slot spanning a 4 hour increment. In todays world home owners time is more valuable and waiting within a 4 hour slot is not a good use of our time. Overall the technician was very professional, the work was quality work, and We were satisfied with our results.

Every member of the Dyess Air technical team with whom I have worked has been excellent. My recent experience with Jose C. was exceptional. Beyond his highly professional manner, friendly demeanor and technical competence in addressing the routine maintenance, Jose pursued an assessment of an additional issue with high insight, competence and a thorough and detailed examination. He then took steps to resolve the nature of the issue with the scheduling of a further Dyess Air visit. This type of service and the high caliber of the technical team is emblematic of a great company.

Mario is the service tech who I always request. The Dyess company is available 24/7 unlike many of the local HVAC companies around Beaufort. If I have an issue I will get service that day, week-ends included. I bought a new system from them in 2018 for my first floor and will buy another for my second floor next year. The installation of my new system in 2018 was very professionally handled and I was very impressed that after the installation the company sent a quality control tech to inspect the work to ensure that everything was done correctly. I chose Dyess over other companies who gave me lower quotes because I felt it was an organization that would stand behind its' work and very importantly had highly professional staff and service. I am very pleased with my decision.
