The original company that installed our HVAC system is no longer in business (owner retired). The company that took over the service calls wasn't experienced with this particular system (Whoooee, that's a fancy setup you got there!). Rudd has been great at sending someone knowledgable out to assess the situation, able to access parts, and schedule repairwork in a timely fashion. Everyone is polite and efficient. Very happy with their service!

I was impressed when the RUDD representative arrived on time, neatly dressed in uniform. His product knowledge was extensive and his demeanor was very friendly. He didn't appear to be selling a product as much as passing on information that allowed me to make my decision. I did infact contract RUDD to replace my old thankless water heater with a new upgraded product. Its been 2 weeks and I am totally pleased with the installation and operation. RUDD stayed in touch from the first to the last contact. I recommend RUDD implicitly.

Very satisficed customer! We got our new system installed last year in July . I could not ask for better service. They even came out later and checked on our system and how we liked it. There was a hiccup but they fixed it right way. and just last week we had a bad storm come through and system was not cooling. we did not realize it until it was close to closing time for Mr Rudd's office. They did come out after hours and helped us out. thankfully it was something simple. I will recommend them to all. I have worked with a few Hvac companies over the years not only at home, but for work as well. They are the best!

Had Rudd Heating and Air install new heating/ac unit in my home 11 months ago.Knowledgable,professional and courteous technicians who seem to care about their responsibilities as if they were Bill R himself.Had occasion to call for service recently as upstairs temp was off.Originally techs thought to replace thermostats,but re-evaluated the entire system.Once they were satisfied with the inspection it was explained to me that some minor tweeking up in attic was needed and recommendation to keep ceiling fans on then they did replace both thermostats.After three days of heat index over 100,I felt that the work was done to perfection.Very happy I also purchased the extended contract as you have to expect issues with constant running of the unit in such heat.That value over a 10 year period ,will be well worth the cost.

We have used Rudd Heating and Air for a few years now. We called for routine maintenance and have been happy ever since! Jessica and Joy are always friendly and knowledgeable when I call or e-mail.
Our system was 17 years old when it finally died. Bill came out after hours to offer AC window units, and to go over the new system options with us. He explained everything in detail and was not a pushy salesman. We had a new unit 2 days later!
The technicians who installed the new unit were very professional! Cleaned up after themselves, even wore booties over their shoes while in the house. (Pre-COVID!) Hal is our favorite tech, he goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect, whether he is changing the air filter or quality checking the newly installed unit. Our dog also adores him!
Rudd Heating and Air is definitely a quality over quantity local, family run business. We wouldn't think of using anyone else!
