Such awesome techs and office staff ! Made replacing our whole unit a little less painful? ! Very polite and knowledgeable will be happy to use them again. Highly recommend them.

Service was exceptional from the office staff to the technician, who was the best. I have an older system which was a challenge. I greatly appreciate the lengths berico went to to repair it.

I have been a. Berico Customer for many years. Teresa and Greg have advised me on several projects using propane gas. They are very experienced and great to work with. All the other staff are very courteous and professional.

The service person who installed our tank was extremely professional and courteous. We could not be happier with Berico. I would refer Berico without hesitation. It's hard to find companies that put customers first but they certainly do.

As usual Berico technicians are wonderful. We have used Berico for the last 15 years for Air Conditioner service, maintenance and replaced our air conditioner to new ones in the last couple of years. We also use them for Propane. Wonderful company!

I am so pleased with the service I always receive with Berico. Customer service is the best. Service technicians are outstanding, friendly, answer all my questions, very skilled and knowledgeable. This is the only company I will use for all my air and heating needs.

Took a day or two longer to get than I hoped for the service, but I fully understand the demands were high at that time. I appreciate that service did come out as soon as was possible. The work done was exactly what was needed and was done very quickly and professionally.

The technician was able to identify the source of the leak from my air conditioner drain system and repair it in a very cost effective manner. He could have replaced the entire drain pipe but was able to detect the location of the leak and repair it with minimal cost. That's the way service is supposed to be handled! Great Job!

The HVAC technician you had assigned rearranged his day's schedule at my request, arrived at the time requested, completed the job most satisfactorily, and was gone in under 45 minutes. He clearly knew what he was doing. He also was very courteous and answered all my questions. I would be happy to see him again should a need arise.

Berico Heating & Cooling has provided very good, friendly and professional services. Since the pandemic impacted all of our lives, Berico has kept the safety of their employees and customer in the forefront. Derek, whom provided the maintenance service today, was pleasant to talk with and answered any question with ease and politeness.

We had a fantastic experience with Anthony! He came to re-examine our heat exchange as another company had told us they had seen a crack. Berico was advised that this was the main reason for the visit. Anthony was thorough explaining that scaling was what the issue. He provided detail information and maintenance tips on our older unit as well.

Service, promptness, interaction with service tech were all good. My old A/C was given a little more life. However, the cost billed for the R22 was ridiculous. Way cheaper on ebay. I think I need to get my own supply! I expect you are stimulating customers to buy a new unit instead of adding freon to an older system. All in all happy with the service.

Our experience with Berico has been wonderful. Our most recent tech, Anthony, took the extra time we needed to feel we really understood his findings. He examined the problem, fixed the immediate issue, and made future recommendations for us. We are beyond pleased. From our initial setup and continued contacts with Kim and Jeff, through this visit with Anthony, we would recommend the Berico team, if you have a gas log fireplace like we do or more extensive needs.

I am glad to leave a review for Berico, however I wish there were 10 stars instead of only 5! I am a propane and HVAC customer of Berico and I absolutely would not do business with anyone else! They have always been extremely helpful, polite, professional and as a person in the gas industry myself..I can truly say…theyre work is beyond reproach and truly impressed me. I am certainly one to “tell it like it is"…good or bad and to be perfectly honest…there is not one single bad thing I can say about Berico! Thank you so much for being one of the very few companies that still understand and appreciate their customers and their needs! I assure you I will be referring Berico to anyone and everyone I can … every chance I get! Thank you again for being AMAZING!

Berico has been great up until this point. My mom ran out of propane November 21st, called Berico, said that it shows she should still have 225 gallons because she is on auto fill, they send someone out to check, of course it was empty. Driver came back couple hours later, installed roughly 60-65% of propane in tank, while I was soaping everything and we found they had a leak on “their" gauge on “their" tank. Stopped filling tank at this point because it was a loss of product and safety issue. Called 3 times before someone finally came and fixed the leak on December 3rd. More loss of product being charged to my moms account. Asked who was going to cover loss of gas, they proceeded to give my moms account 25 gallon credit. I asked for last years transmission report, tank was filled July 17th, then empty on November 21st, so it's saying she used roughy 400 gallons between July 17th, and November 21st when she has hot water and heat only, living by herself, and 3 of them months was summertime, no heat at all. But, she will be getting 25 gallon credit added to her account to cover their loss of gas? I'm unable get anyone to answer email I sent back, or a return phone call, for an explanation of why only 25 gallon credit when they show she still should have 225 gallons when I called November 21st. CONSUMER BEWARE, you will pay for Berico loss of product if they have a leak on their tank, in your yard.
