Kern Heating Company

We was told our Air conditioner coil broke. They charged us $500 for assessment and visit. 5 weeks later July 8 "repaired". July 11 broke again. Company wants to start the whole process again including us paying for an assessment and visit. We payed $1622.00 for the repair. Now we're playing the runaround game and because we don't want to pay for another visit and assessment on something they either mis-assesed yet charged us for they're ignoring us. 48 hrs as stated the exact same thing is happening which began the issue. We waited 5 weeks for a part. So this company is not good. Their customer service is not professional and their technical repairmen as well. We're being tricked by this company and they need to be stopped. We're not going to pay more money to fix a part that didn't need fixing which happened to be the most expensive part and the same thing is happening which they want to charge us for fixing again.
