They are very professional. They are always on time for their appointments. In one of my issues, they went over and above to get the problem resolved. I would recommend this company.

A/C broke during heat spell...they were super busy but yet we were back up with A/C in less than 24 hours! From customer service to techs...very professional and super nice to deal with..highly recommend Signature!

We have been using Signature HVAC for years now, We have never received bad service or recommendations over time. The service people are the best and friendliest. Eric was the service man today and we were very pleased with his friendly attitude and his expertise.

Bill C serviced out furnace this afternoon. As with all of our Signature technicians that have visited Bill was experienced and efficient. HE was polite and was careful to wear a mask and booties. We have not had any bad experiences since we have been using Signature. A Great Company!

Bill did a great job looking into my problem. He was very courteous and spent time explaining the issues and what he was doing to diagnose The problem. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix the problem because it requires a replacement part. But he assured me he would follow up first thing I the morning

Signature HVAC is amazing. I would never consider calling anyone else. We couldn’t get our new thermostat to work and we woke up freezing. When I called they scheduled Bill to come out around 2 that day. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He had our heat working in no time. Very professional!

Excellent experience from Eric (diagnosis), Tom (sales) and the install team (Joe, Connor, Prince). From quick, honest and clear service visit and diagnosis recommendations, clean-cut and definitive estimates, and on-time, professional, precise, and very admirable installation. Bill McDonald from Signature Heating and Air Conditioning was very thorough and friendly. Before he came into my house he introduced himself and had his mask on and asked if it was alright to come in. Put the covers over his shoes to enter my house. He wanted to know if I had a preference of which unit he should look at first. At the end of the tune ups for my heating units he asked if I had any questions or if I had any concerns. Very polite and nice. Took his time and checked out both of my units throughly.

Our service tech, Randy A, was punctual, professional and very thorough in his explainations of the condition of our system. We had a minor temperature regulation issue which he remedied immediately, which tells me about the amount of experience he has. Additionally, Randy came to our house during the COVID stay at home order. Randy put on brand new rubber gloves when I aswered the door, had a mask on and respectfully maintained proper personal distance while explaining the results of his maintenance...all very professional!

On 9/1, my basement was flooded cuz of the Remnants of hurricane Ida. Cuz of the flooding, I had to get my furnace, ac unit and water heater replaced. I called signature heating and cooling to replace those units. They came on 9/3 and 9/4 to do the work. They were supposed to raise my water heater off of the ground which never got done. On 9/4, I spoke with *** who told me the job was completed on the furnace. On 10/6, I got a call saying they needed to inspect the unit. *** came on on 10/7 and found that the job was never completed and the furnace was never vented. He told me that he contacted his supervisor *** and also sent a picture to the installers and said what the *** is this. At that time he told me he turned off the gas. He explained that if I would have turned on the heat, carbon monoxide would have been flowing through my home. I texted *** and told him how disappointed I was in his company. I explained that they are the experts in this field and this deadly mistake should not happen. *** told me he would have someone out to correct it and he would do whatever to make this right. I told him I didnt want the same people come to my house to fix it. On 9/16, he sent the same installer to complete the job after I told him I do not trust them. During that visit, Connor said that the job was not completed on 9/4 and that *** was notified and someone was supposed to come out the next day, which never happened. After Connor fixed the mistake, I asked *** for a refund for the installation. He asked me what did I think was a fair refund. After doing research on what installation was charged, I asked for 4K-5k. *** told me that the gas was off and that he would now not be issuing a refund but would extend my warranty. This has been a terrible experience- from the lack of “professional” technicians who made what could have been a deadly mistake to the company saying they would refund and then not following through.
