Dukhon Tax and Accounting

I'm a regular worker with a W2, so my taxes should be pretty simple, right? Well, I decided to go with Dukhon Tax for my 2020 taxes. They asked for a whopping $800 to file my taxes for two states and the federal government. Not only did they file my taxes late, but they also unnecessarily made me file for an extension. And guess what? Because of their mistakes in filing, I received multiple emails from the local and federal IRS asking for clarification and verification. It was a huge hassle having to spend so much time dealing with the IRS and responding to those emails because of Dukhon's errors. And to top it all off, I still haven't received a single penny of my 2021 tax return. Dukhon Tax didn't even bother to look into the issue they caused with their incompetence. Instead, they have the audacity to send me emails asking for the other half of their $800, which they completely messed up. On the other hand, I decided to try out Turbotax for my 2021 taxes, and let me tell you, it was amazing. Turbotax handled everything smoothly and quickly. I ended up getting five times the amount of money in my tax return compared to what Dukhon managed to get with the same W2 and income. Turbotax only charged me $400, and they even filed for two states and the federal IRS (they even did one state filing for free as a nice gesture).
