You give no place to actually contact or provide help so I am posting here. That in itself I guess is a complaint that DuckDuckGo solicits for funds but offers no means of customer support.
So the problem is: I had DuckDuckGo installed as my default homepage. My problem when this was installed is that "suddenly" the homepage for DuckDuckGo is now fully devoted to Hillary Clinton! I do not want to be looking at this woman everytime I open my computer! No one can seem to help me find where I can change my home screen to have a search bar like Google does. What is DuckDuckGo advocating? If this can't be changed I will have someone help me find a way to stay with Google, at least they aren't forcing me to look at content I want to avoid.

[In the end I found this isn't duckduckgo either, ugh!]

I'm trying to download ddg browser and engine BUT I'm only able to go through other sites NOT ddg. Some even give pop up adds! This goes to show. YOUR doing what you say- giving privacy and they are trying to put in a back door before it even gets to you. This is OUTRAGEOUS, the internet's abuse of privacy! [protected]. Your the most trusted by those that know whats going on. Keep up the great work! Others are trying but failing to get the REAL ddg- don't let them railroad you. Find a way to make sure others can get the real download from YOU AND ONLY YOU. FYI my tries that were all blocked were through EDGE. You need to fix the web searches for when people try to get the REAL DDG without all the back doors.

Hi not really a complaint I have been using you guys all year through brave browser..
My business Cairns Windscreens has old info linked to the search and all the calls keep going to the old business owner.

I have had the business for 3 years now, I would just like to know how to get the search updated to my details.

Query results are barely relevant & peripheral, ostensibly pre-determined, pre-scrubbed, skewed, whitewashed, either with or without filters. Results appear weak, as they are maximally restricted. This is simply evidenced by the results having only peripheral relevance to short, specific, non-obfuscatory or ambiguous queries. Queries regarding confrontational information associated with powerful corporate or individual entities is notably weak or absent, even though strong in recent legitimate press reports, & in public response.
I am betting that DuckDuckGo.com sells a negativity-proofing immunity guarantee to shield paying corporate entities, politicians, right wing media propaganda machines, etc.
I am sorry that this search engine is a failure both at maintaining my privacy & bringing me results relevant to my queries.

When I attempt to book a flight I can get to the homepage. But when I put in the flights I wish to take and click to go to the next step and see those flights available, I recieve a message Access Denied.

I would kindly like to point out to Duck Duck go program makers that when searching propaganda comes up that is spread by the Chinese Communist Party. I am a Falun Dafa Practitioner, and I frequently type in Falun to quickly access Falun Gong or Falun Dafa websites. I'm constantly offended by the option of choice that comes up when I type in the word Falun. That offensive choice is Falun Gong Cult. Falun Gong is the exercise and meditation that we practice regularly and Falun Dafa is the whole practice, reading from teachings from the founder and sharing experience and also the excercise and meditation. There is no such thing or group as Falun Gong Cult. The people who decide to practice Falun Dafa keep their own thoughts and ideas, they keep their own personality and every Falun Dafa practitioner thinks for themselves. We come together to share our experience in practising Falun Dafa. We also expose crimes towards Chinese Falun Dafa Practitioners whom are currently being persecuted and killed for their belief in heaven, Gods, universal principles Truth Compassion and tolerance and also faith in the Founder of Falun Dafa and faith in the practice Falun Dafa. By practising Falun Dafa my health and life has improved 100%. It is sad and cruel that the Chinese Communist Party are persecuting good people by locking innocent people up in Labour camps and jails. The Chinese Communist Government has wrongly accused Falun Dafa as being a cult. The Chinese Communist Government lies and covers up its human rights violations.
I live in society and contribute to my local area as a citizen. I practice Falun Dafa on my own or with a group, the choice is mine. I keep my own thinking. Falun Gong or Falun Dafa is not a cult. I hope you can remove the Falun Gong Cult option from your search when people type in Falun Gong or Falun Dafa. Also be aware all writings about Falun Gong or Falun Dafa being a cult are lies and propaganda with the source of information would come from the Chinese Communist Party. I hope changes are made or I will have to use another service.

Unbelievable! What world do we live in today that everything has to be perverted. Children are among the many that use the internet and this is the crap that is being fed to them.

I assure you, this is exactly what was happening in Germany back in Hitler's time and he saw that the Jews were responsible for this blatant attempt to destroy the morality of his country. Pornography was rampant in Germany and LGBTQ was the rage in his time. Hitler was determined to root out the filthy Jew out of his country for this fact and also they were responsible for crashing their economy to purposely gobble up everything at pennies on the dollar. This is what happened to the USA during the Great Depression of 1929, the Jew crashed the stock market and banks everywhere went belly up. The Jews scooped 'em up for next to nothing — classic Jewishness.

I've been loyal to duckduckgo, but I must find a more trustworthy search engine. You Jews can have each other in Hell. I, nor my family, need any part of this filth — you can have it all.

I typed "ctcfamily.com/wonderfully-made" in your search engine and every time it came up with three or four porn sites and the then below sites that had "Wonderfully Made" in them but not a link to the site I was looking for. When I typed https://www.ctcfamily.com/wonderfully-made it came up. This is extremely disturbing. Is your first goal to lead people to porn?

My device has not got the duck duck go app installed yet my browser that is brave browser is redirecting to duck duck go browser. I deleted duck duck go off my device weeks ago so why is it still installed?

I have been running Duck Duck Go for a couple of years and like it BUT I am getting annoyed at its inability to maintain preferences. In particular I do not want my home screen cluttered up with advertisements for your service.
Every time I reset the preferences things are fine for two or three weeks - then the ads, etc come back. This is not just one computer - it happened on my iMac and MacBook Air.
If this does not get stabilised pretty soon I will no doubt drift back to Google, or more likely, MadAsAFish.

I switched to your server but have been told it is not supported by several companies and two have refused click on to buy requests. I really like your site as it is easy to operate and search history is just flamed away but I'll have to go back to Ecosia if this cannot be resolved. Is there a simple reason why this has happened? I am a private subscriber retired and not linked to any company. Purchases are for my personal use.

I wanted to check when my rego was due. i used duckduckgo and searched under "rego expiry date". The top site that came up was ausvehiclecheck.com . I went through the process and for $0.50c they were able to tell me the expiry date of my vehicle. little did I know I was signing up to a monthly subscription of $4.95. Who needs to check their rego every month? This site is a scam and it's a disgrace it comes up first on your list. I can see it doesn't come up anywhere when using google. You need to shut it down now!

Why is this site ALWAYS going down? I don't want to use Chrome. This is a great site, but the problem is happening several times a day. Please correct it. Thank you.

Early hours Saturday morning browsing through pornhub on an adult site another unknown porn site attached itself blocking me out of the web page I was on bombarding me with porn and different porn Web sights not requested in fact I think the websites appeared to be a young aged porn possibly illegal before I knew it I had over 80 sites I had to delete or clear and also in them site I was frequently requested of possible viruses and to download a System Cleaner.
Question: how do I protect myself from this happening again.

Started using duck duck go several months ago, to protect my privacy. Ever since I started using it, the internet is very slow, any time I try to open a news article, it denies me a couple of times, saying it's not safe. It has been a pain ever since I switched over. Date 4/21/2021. Duck duck go does not show frankspeech.com when doing a search in duck duck go. Restore frankspeech.com to search engine results just like any other search.

My brother purchased an Eflite F-15 Eagle remote controller airplane. I wanted to read about this F-15 so I used DuckDuckGo to find a video. Less than 10 minutes after viewing a video I went to YouTube and the THIRD item showing was a 6 minute 38 second video of a F-15 rc plane.

I understood DuckDuckGo would NOT track my viewing history, but yet here is a prime example of being tracked !

I hope there is a very valid reason (I doubt it) that my viewing history via DuckDuckGo was tracked.

I recently joined an online fishing club. When I login to my account it doesn't work with DDG. I have to switch to Chrome to login which does work. I don't know why it doesn't work and it would be really nice if it did.
