DuckDuckGo fake charges and the worst website for searching info

I recently used the website www.duckduckgo.com. Don’t use it. I searched some things, but after that money from my account started to disappear. The website didn’t contain any useful info and it was impossible to reach the moderators, so I have no idea how to stop these fake charges. I wonder if there are people, who face the same problems. What measures do you take in order to stop it?
