Subject: Dubai First Credit Card - 5161********1003 Complaint about the statement and Late payment fee.

Dear Once,

With reference to the above subject, This is informing you that my Dubai First Credit Card - 5161********1003 which was I have using past more the three years. So, the issue since Dec 2019 I have not received a card statement from your bank and also, I couldn't able to access mine online banking and personal contact number as well. Then I thought there will be no pending installment and then after a long time back I would like to do some purchase on my Dubai first credit card last Friday, 28th Feb 2020. However, I can't do the transaction due to my card block.

Then I have enquired about the customer card to reset my pin and then I came to know my card was blocked due to some required document of mine and they told me there are some outstanding AED 1530.03 on credit card for last installment and late fee charges. So finally, I came to know that your bank stopped sending a bank statement to me from Dec-2019 and they sent SMS to my register mobile number for that I can only get my credit card statement through the mobile app.

Please be noted that I don't have to proper mobile access check all SMS due to official work from Dec-2019 to Feb 2020. Then how can I know that there was outstanding due payment on my card without received an email statement and call from your bank? Even, I didn't receive any call from your bank past two months for my due payment.

Even, I couldn't able to access online banking. So, kindly request you to waive off my late fee payment from the statement and also, could you please send me the statement copy of Dec-19 to make the payment.
