My car got messed up by the staff at Driver's Edge Car Audio on 6/5. They admitted it themselves. I'm not happy about it and I want my money back or for them to fix it. They put in a cheap unit that cracked my dashboard. On 6/7, I told the owners about the damage and how unhappy I was with the unit. They said they would fix it, but it's been really hard to talk to them. They say they ordered the parts, but they won't give me the tracking numbers. All I want is to have my original unit put back in. If they can't do a full repair, then I want a refund (maybe with a restocking fee) and compensation for the damage. I have pictures of the texts I sent to the manager and owners where they admit to the damage and talk about ordering a new dashboard.
