These guys are so rude! I ain't never used their services, but just talking to them made me feel like they ain't worth my time. They even towed some cars parked in their area, not even knowing they were trying to go to other businesses nearby. And get this, my mom walked by their building to get to her car parked at Zuccas and they straight up yelled at her, calling her all sorts of names. The cops had to come because of their behavior. Don't waste your time with these unprofessional people. Find someone else to do business with.

Bad quality, worse customer service. They said they'd wrap my son's car but didn't do anything they were supposed to. When the boss realized he couldn't do it right, he called my son's car a sh1+box on social media and said sh1+ cars deserve sh1+ jobs. I had other shops look at it and they all said it's the worst job they've seen and looks worse in person. I gave them chances to fix it but they refused. The boss likes to threaten people and harass them on social media with fake profiles. This place is so unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and would give it zero stars if I could.

I went to Cutting Edge Window Tint and Wraps in Blue Springs on January 25th. I was there for a little over 2 hours and had to leave to pick up my son from school. I told *** and we set a time for me to come back the next day. He asked me to pay $220 and I paid him cash. He said I could pull my car out from the back. When I walked back, I saw dirty paw marks, but I didn't mind. I offered his dog a bone before leaving. As I was driving out, I saw something yellow in my cup holders and near my emergency brake. I realized it was urine and assumed it was from his shop dog. I went back to the shop and showed him my car. He offered to have it detailed, but I didn't trust him. I paid cash for the window tint job, but I don't trust him to finish it. He blamed me for having my dog in the car, but there were no signs saying dogs weren't allowed. He said his dog smelled my dog in the car, but I didn't understand why he let his dog in my car. He said it's his shop dog. I don't trust him and I would eat the cost of the tint. I asked if he would pay to have my car detailed, but he said he does detailing in the back. I left the shop with my son and nothing was resolved. My car was damaged.
