I aint gonna say nothin bout them haters on here, but I gotta say my time with Car Trackers was a whole nother story. Ali hit me up after I put my ride on Auto Trader and we talked turkey on the price. First off, his offer was the only one that came close to what I was lookin for. And secondly, he stuck to his word and didn't try to change nothin when it came time to pay up. Five stars all the way!

So, I was on the internet and Kelly's book asked me to check out my H3 Hummer with a new engine and transmission. They said it was worth about $11,800. Then, Car Tracker called me and offered me $10,000 in writing. They said they had to go by the original miles on the car, even though it had a new engine. I called back to accept the offer and asked if there was any room for negotiation. They told me to talk to the manager, Mohamma Qureshi, and do a live video using my iPhone over the car. But before we could even do the video, the manager started negotiating a price lower than the $10,000 they offered me a few days earlier. I knew it was a scam and got a better offer from Carmax. Car Tracker tried to steal my car for a cheap price, even lower than the trade-in value. Don't trust them and stay away if you care about your car.

Car track is disappointing on the 8 feb 2024 my car was break in I lost the battery my question is why the car tracker not notify me that the battery is removed in the car or else told me that there something happen in the car they didnt see on the system if is usually cracking the car it seem they didnt tracking the car they just receive the premiums, imagine its been 5 years now I m paying car tracker before they usually call me if there something happen but now is failing me when I told them is advising that is going to send a technician to check what's happening or I m going to paid for installation, I m not agree on the statement they provided to me as I know they need to notify me as client if there something wrong in the car, I claim what I lost including my battery car tracker failed to provide the best service to me as client

CarTrackers said they give $100 for referrals, so I signed up. They asked for my Zelle info and texted me they'd send an Amazon card, which is cool. But it's been weeks and I haven't gotten paid. They keep saying to email different company emails, which I did. No answer on if they'll actually do what they said. I have text proof they promised, but still no payment. I tried calling and emailing, but no response. They're not honest.

I selled my car to Car Trackers on October 13. Car Trackers still not transfered the title out of my name. So, the person/persons who have the car now used toll roads and got a parking ticket in the *** on January 20. It's been over 90 days since the car was sold. This issue is affecting my credit and it might go into warrant if it's not paid. I tried to talk to *** and Jazz at Car Trackers for the last 3 months since I got the ticket. They all said they would take care of it immediately, but it's still not done.

I sold my car and there was a problem with the money. We agreed on $8000 but the bank only got $6387.91. I called them but no one helped me. I emailed them and they said I will get the rest when they get the title. I asked why I have to wait but they didn't answer. They haven't talked to me since and I'm missing $362.80. I have proof.

My experience with Car Trackers was a total disaster. At first, I talked to *** and he gave me a good deal. So, I went for an in-person appraisal. But the price dropped a lot with the appraiser and he said that the phone reps always do this. We agreed on a price and I told him I needed to call my husband. The appraiser said they were fully booked and had to leave. I called *** again and he scheduled another rep. I signed a contract for $11,000 and sent an additional $4,387.20 to pay off the loan (I lost this money on the deal). During the pay off period, my credit union drafted another auto payment. I called and emailed Car Trackers to tell them that the auto payment was taken out. They said it was okay and that the extra amount would be refunded. But Car Trackers ended up paying my credit union $14,949.83 ($437.37) less than the agreed amount of $15,387.20. I haven't been refunded for 2 months. I keep calling, but no one wants to help me or address this issue.
