I made the mistake of purchasing a home from them 4 years ago. Once I signed the papers, they never answer their phone, they don't respond to emails. It's been four years now and they still haven't finished the paint they promised me when i moved in. All the trim work is unfinished. Now, my roof is blowing away in the wind storm we're having. I've tried to call them and email them and they won't respond. When I messaged them on Facebook, THEY BLOCKED ME! Now I'm stuck with a roof that's blowing away and the builder is no where to be found! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER. Their homes are cheap and fall apart. They are poor quality. I would let anyone come look at my [censored] home to prove it to youi. DON'T DO IT!

So sorry what you're going through with them. You may need to write them a letter, send it certified mail and threaten them with a lawsuit. That's what i did when they damaged the siding on my house as they were watering the sod of the new-build house next to my. They did fix the siding. You're right; they NEVER answer their phones up at headquarters. This is why i had to send them the letter.
