Save your money!
I have ordered clothes from DressVe and paid over $200 in total and when I received my items I was truly disappointed with the quality! Items looked nothing like pictures on their website and were poorly made. They looked more like cheap Halloween costumes. Material was shiny and very thin. So items were rubbish and shipping also took forever! My order was made over 5 weeks ago and I just received my package. Never again.
Order never received
I sent my order on the 21st of october. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received my order yet. I wrote to the Customer Service and I got a shipping tracking number witch I don't even know what to do with it since they never told me the shipping company used. The company took a lot of time to responce to my emails and doesn't answer to it now. DRESSVE Customer Service never really respond to my questions. No refund possibility. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DressVe seems to be located in China, customer representative seems to speak poor English et doesn't really understand what we ask and only answer at night time because is day time overthere.
The company is not giving time sheets to clock in/out of work and there for not keeping track of hours to be paid to employees. They are not giveing full amount of money earned to employees. They steal some money from paycheks. They also dont get regular brakes wich are 2 ten minute brakes and a half hour brake by law if employee works eight hour shifts. They are also not paying the over time they are making employees work for.
I HATE the new catalogs and jcp web. I logged on after I got a catalog in our newspaper thinking I could click and purchase a beautiful blouse in the catalog. WRONG! Cannot find the blouse on the web site anywhere. I used to love shopping jcp, now I will probably never agian. VERY BAD experience, way to go jcp.
Horrible service and cheap clothing that don't fit
Do not order from this company, this was the most horrible experience i had with online shopping. In the first 3 weeks, i did not get any trakcing number nor a confirmation email that my order was shipped. When i contacted the company they said that i never place an order and the order was clearly on my bank account and in paypal. Also note, that it took them a long time to respond to all my emails, worst service ever. After arguying with them and posting the issue in the resolution center on paypalthey finally responded and advised me that one of my items was out of stock. I am still waiting for my refund, the order was placed on may 22nd... And the clothing is not worth it at all, really cheap and too small! And note that i'm a normal size women. Do not order from this company.

I ordered two COATS FRoM THIS WEBSITE AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS PLUS ONE OF THE COATS I ORDERED WASN'T DONE BEING MANUFACTURED BUT THEY DONT TELL U THAT BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY I AM HIGHLY UPSET AND WANT MY MONEY BACK

This site is a scam and posts fake reviews all over. If you go through review pages, there is a duplicate review using a "bridesmaid dress" story over and over.
When I asked for a refund, no answer. When I asked what company is used for shipping, no answer. Etc.

Report their tumblr, facebook and twitter as spam/scam. It's not right what they're doing.

NOoooo they sent me some Crap from China and charged me some stupid TAX on the delivery 🚚 when it supposed to be free.. nOooo Crapy and Thieves..
They sent me different shoes and ignored my requests
Don’t buy from the website www.dressve.com. I bought shoes and dress from them, but they delivered only shoes, which was different and it was so noticeable. I sent them multiple emails and asked to change the shoes and return money for the dress, but they only promised to send the dress and that’s all. After that they ignored all communication with me. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
Today, we did finally receive the coat we ordered, which the website had indicated was delivered already! The coat is really cute, but really small, even though it is supposedly a large. In the USA this might be a large for a child, but not for a regular sized female. Attempts to contact the company when I thought the item was lost, were unsuccessful, so I am not holding out much hope about a response now that I am trying to get the size changed. I think I am going to dispute the charge, and I would not order from them again.
I am really pissed. Dressve not only sent my package with an incorrect address but the package was suppossidly sent back to them and I still have not received my item or my refund, as promised. They also cut all contaxt with me. I just want my money back. I wish therr was a way to catch them because I think they may be frauds selling items out a trunk...just being honest but anyone can create a website.
I ordered my items on October 6th, it's now November 10th. They told me the items were delivered yet I have not received the package yet. There's a package room in building where all of the residents items get sent to. I've never had a single problem with them for over a year, and i've order way more expensive things than the dress I ordered from Dressve.com. I highly do not recommend them. it's a waste of time.
I think the dress that I bought for my niece was good.Cause she will be my flowergirl at my wedding.She was so happy like she had become a princess in fairy but really so nice when she tried it on.We are all looking forward to the day's coming!
