Dream Pairs review: Wrong size sent of high top boots in block heel, square toe.

Have been trying to get to dream pair shoes by several different methods and have been on the phone with them for long periods of time, several different times. Nobody answers the phone. On November 23, I ordered a pair of boots for Christmas for my granddaughter, but the picture appeared in the wrong side. I intentionally ordered it, in the correct size, but have the wrong size boots. Would like to send back, but do not know where to send the boots.
