Hi! My account has been charged over £6 pounds monthly in howerever many months, I only looked at my bank statement and noticed this payment, which I havent authorised.. Ive been trying to log in to this account through the website, but it downs seamed to be working.. It very much looks like a fraud, so please get back to me asap with explanation what am I paying for.. I believe i'm due a refund..
I won't hear back within a week i'm, gonna speak to my bank about it

Cnidaplay / Content Roots cnidaplay.com took money out without my authorization

I signed up for a free trial on cnidaplay.com so that I can watch movies. I was asked for my credit card information getting promised that I would not be charged at all. I was still unable to watch movies after the fact that I signed up today I checked my bank account and I was charged 39.95 today 03-07-17 I am very unhappy and I demand a refund! This is unfair

Cnidaplay / Content Roots unauthorized credit card charge

I just realized that 39.95 was taken out of my account..
I did not authorize this I would like a refund now! I don't even know what company this is. I am very unhappy. This was done 2/5/2017. I that this is very unfair and unlawful. Who are these people, what gives them the right to do this. I had money in my account to pay bills, now I can't pay a bill because of this. I really need to have this refunded.

Cnidaplay / Content Roots unauthorized credit card charges

I have just realized that money has been debited from my bank account without my authority from 'cnidaplay.com', a company I have never heard of. I would like the money returned immediately. I have also lodged a formal complaint with the nz police.
I do not wish to give my personal banking details as I think this company knows
I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible to save further unnecessary

Cnidaplay / Content Roots debt card charges

I just got this payment $29.95 today and looking my bank of the west processing in 1/17/17 two days from now. I am really angry I signed off long time ago I demand to get back my refunds now I am beyond pissed off! I didn't sign up for this that's a big mistake I didn't want this to happen again.

Cnidaplay / Content Roots signing out and charged on debt card

I did signed in to see what's good on that website been on there about 10 to 15 minutes and I changed my mind because there's nothing good and readied the rules and say its free for couple days so I cancelled and signed out unsubscribe it and say thank you and I thought it would charge me and now today for one dollar? I want my refunds back please.

I have found on my bank statement that £9.50 has been taken out of my bank account on the [protected] without me knowing. I would like this money to be refunded immediately as I have not been a where of this company cnidaplay.com and do not use it. Please do not cause any problems with my request as I am unwell and knowing that problems like this can cause me stress.

Cnidaplay / Content Roots unauthorised credit card charges by cnidaplay.com

This is a formal complaint of debiting my credit card for a couple of months now for a service that I am not using nor have I signed for. I have requested my bank to cancel my credit card to ensure I am not taken advantage of.

At first I was ignoring this odd transaction ranging from $18-35 thinking it must be a payment for one of the games I uploaded with apple. I realised then those games like sudoku, chess and toy hunt are free games to upload and therefore I should not be charged.

When I checked the website of cnidaplay.com, I am 100% sure I have never visited this site nor have been a customer at all.

I have checked my bank account today and to my surprise you've taken £6.95!
I know that isn't much, but on principal this was an unauthorised action and would appreciate it very much that you reimburse the exact amount!
I have bills coming out and thanks to you i'm now facing bank charges!
I would much appreciate it if you resolved this matter sooner rather than later!

How do i get my money back and cancel this? I can't even get on their page... I don't understand how you have my details
Every web search brings me to a third party who will cancel for a FEE!
Why can I not find the web page if this is a legit company?

Cnidaplay / Content Roots fraudulent service

My daughter noticed two charges of 19.95 on her credit card from cnidaplay.com and had no idea where they came from. When the phone number was called there is an automated line that will let you cancel the service (Fraud service). I was able to speak with a representative, maya, and informed her that a subscription was never requested and we are being billed fraudulently. She asked for the card number! So she could put through a cancellation and was told that would not happen. After advising her I need a physical address so that our bank and connecticut attorney general can follow up on this I was issued a credit for the two charges. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to go through. Subsequent checking of the account found a charge of $1.00 on 6/29,.03 cents on 6/30 and.56 cents on 7/12. This is a fraudulent, rip off site. I was able to obtain a physical address of 333 se second avenue, suite 2000, miami fl. 33131. These internet sites are not monitored and the small charges going unchecked are a tactic used to check the account before other larger charges are taken. Everyone on this complaint board needs to continue to pursue action on this fraud. Get your state attorney general office involved and keep up the pressure. Problem is this troll will pop up on another site eventually. The website associated with this is cnidaplay.com - it should be fraud play.com. As noted in another post, you can cancel online but they will charge a "small fee" - for canceling something that was fraudulently taken!

I am trying to cancel a membership to get my monies refunded. I have been unable to do so.
They claim that the credit card no I input is incorrect, however it is the same credit card they deducted monies from, they also claim my email is incorrect, however they emailed me using the same email account.

I also got scammed by thinking I was signing up for a "free trial" to view something and then realising I had been transfered to an unrelated website and what I wanted wasn't even there. I tried to cancel immediately and was forced to "pay" a cancellation fee! I have just called the bank and they have blocked payments and are replacing my card. what a hassle. Everyone beware!
