Everyone has seen the domino's commercial where the hot fresh pizza is delivered to your door? Well that is false advertising. Also they don't have any compassion for handicap. (I am mobility handicap, walk with a cane)
Yesterday I ordered on line from dominio's pizza, when placing a order on their web site there there is a section where you can put delivery instructions, so I requested that the order be delivered to the 2nd fl in a 3 family house. Then, followed up the order with a phone call to the store, when the rep ans the phone I explained to her my situation, she then transferred the call to the manager. This person was the most cold, heartless and non skilled in customer service person I have ever had talked to, she could not cared less about my situation (Remind you my debit card is already charged). I feel like I have been discriminated against because of my disability and in shock that a nationally known company like domino;s could not handel this situation better.

I placed my final order with that awful place last Sunday. Everytime you order, they claim it will take anywhere between 13 - 23 minutes. HA what a joke. The average time it took them to deliver was 60 - 90 minutes. This last time was the worst. Guess how long it took them? THE ORDER NEVER CAME. I called and let it ring like 50 times and there was no answer. Another time they were late, I called and they claimed to have run out of dough. What bs! They're gonna run out of dough alright. With awful service like this they're gonna run out of the green kind. Don't ever waste your time with that sorry excuse for a pizza place. They truly are the worst. Papa John's is much better, more reliable, and on time friendly service. - E.Z.

The Employee was rude to me and when i requested to speak to the manager she stated she was. I stated to her in the beginning of the phone call that i was purchasing a pizza for my daughter and i was not in the same house she went thorough the full order and ran the card then proceeded to tell me that she needed to have the card on her when the order came. When i clearly stated that i was ordering it for her because she had no money on her.

I ordered Domino's pizza online on 3/19/08 at 7:22PM. It took Domino's over an hour to deliver the pizza (pizza arrived at 8:37PM) which isn't a big deal, I have worked in the food industry so I know how busy it can get. I'm sure they're trying their best to get the pizzas to their customers as fast as they can. I tipped the guy 2.00 and was content that I was finally going to have dinner. Opened my pizza box and it was the wrong pizza. Okay, I'll just call them and tell them. I called and said " You guys sent me the wrong pizza". The rep saids "I'm sorry, give me one minute" and puts me on hold. 15 minutes go by and no sign of him returning. I called them on another cell phone and says " I don't see how putting me on hold for 15 minutes will resolve the situation". The rep apologizes and promises me he'll make the right pizza and sent it immediately. 9:10 PM no pizza. I called them back and the guy says to me the delivery guy has already been there (my apt) and delivered the right pizza. I tell him I have not received the right pizza as of yet. Did he give it to someone else? But he was just here so he should know where to sent it to unless he's a ###. He said he'll call the delivery guy and puts me on hold again. Again, I waited and waited and waited. I called him back on another cell phone and he apologizes again and saids he has no idea what happened but he'll make another pizza and sent it immediately. I believed him and waited. 10:30PM still no pizza. I called him and now he saids the delivery man came and no one answered the door and continues to put me on hold. Now I'm super pissed because they are obviously lying. I have been home the whole time waiting patiently like a ### for the right pizza. From the beginning, these people had no intentions of senting me the right pizza. Furthermore, they were trying to discourage me by putting me on hold each time I called. I am very angry. This is not the way to do business. Customers should be treated with respect. So now, Domino's has just lost a good customer. I am going to be ordering from Papa John's from now on.

Yesterday we order from Domino's the special they have on Tuesday's (Two for Tuesday's). They said it would be here in a half hour or 45 minutes. We waited on hour still no pizza. I called them back and they claimed it should be here any time. In the mean time we saw a delivery going back to the neighbor's (which happens a lot most times they then just drive across the road and into our lane) So my daughter was waiting at our front door and before she could get the door open the driver then just took off. We had two calls from the driver. But we did not answer because my daughter had her identity stolen and we are still getting calls from places she has never heard of or even been. And the calls get to be threatening. So we don't answer the calls we don't know who they are from. (Our fault) But as I said earlier my daughter was standing to the door they could have asked if we had ordered from them. We received a called from the store. Accusing us of not being home. We had been home for three days. Then when I told them my daughter had been standing at the door. They asked why we didn't flag them down? How could we? When the driver took off before we could even get the door open. The person I talked too on the phone said they could not send out a driver to redelivery the pizza and that they took the money off my debit card. But after reading the complaints from other people I will be watching my bank statement very carefully. I do know that I will never order from them again. But I know like someone else said losing just one customer will not hurt them. But I do intent to tell everyone I know and I am going to fill a complaint with the BBB.

This is the second time i have written. The complaint is, I ordered fifty six dollars of food from the Domino's pizza in Pigeon Forge Tn. On the strip at seven thirty on 6-28-08 they said it would be about an hour. I said ok. At eight forty my wife was standing outside waiting, she saw a Domino's driver two doors down from us. My wife ask him how long it was going to be before our food arrived, he said about ten minutes. We waited until ten minutes past ten, My daughter -in law called to see where the food was. The Mgr. Derek told her the driver delivered it to the wrong place and the people there accepted it. That our food was on the way. So i got on the phone and called Derek back. He told me the same thing. I told him i had friends over who had been waiting since seven thirty for our food. He apologized and said there was nothing else he could do. I told him to cancel the order because we were going out to find another place to eat. He talked so fast and with a foreign sound i could not keep up with him talking so i hung up the phone. He was very rude. I have been eating food from Domino's for a long time. The Domino's in Bureau Ky. Where i usually buy from are very nice. But i have not bought any more since this incident. I called the Main Office and Spoke with Gary at Ext. 8208 he was suppose to have some one from the store in Pigeon Forge to call me. I'm still waiting as of 7-22-08 The phone number in Pigeon Forge Tn. where i called the order in is [protected]. My phone number at home is [protected] Hope some one can help me that knows what they are doing.

Thanks,
Harold Williams.

I decided tonight to get one of their deals. The deal was 2 subs and a one topping large pizza for 19.99. I call on the phone for my order. Service was fast but I think they overcharged me. The subtotal was 22.99. not the advertised 19.99. The Delivery Charge was $2. The tax was 2.07. The total was $25.06. They then somehow subtract 2 dollars of my total. When I calculate it online I get $23.79. Did they overcharged me?

I have been with Dominos pizza for over 15 years, and what you discribed Is terible service. Even If the customer does not answer the phone, the store should have confirmed the order. The driver should still have gone to the door and waited a few knocks. The Manager should have apoligised, to the customer and remade the pizza and sent It back out.

My daughter worked as a delivery driver in the evenings at Domino's. She also has a daytime job. All was well until a manager change. The new manager created a schedule that showed what time employees were to report to work, but left shift end as a question mark. None of the employees knew when they would leave, maybe earlier than their usual, maybe later.

When questioned, the manager curtly informed them that he would let them know when he wanted them to go home. As my daughter has a young son, she had set hours for his care. Not to mention that she would like to spend some time with him and her husband... One evening after the new manager sent the closing employee home, he informed her that she would be staying until close to cover that shift. She told him of her daycare restrictions and how she had to go to her other job at 7am. She couldn't stay until 1 or 2am! He refused several times to cash her out so she could leave and told her she was to stay. She finally just left, leaving her money in the lock up box.

During close, the manager called the police and told them my daughter had stolen money from the store. He knew perfectly well the money was still in the store. My daughter had to miss work the next day to meet a police officer at the store to watch the lock box be opened and prove her innocence. The manager who called the police wasn't there when it was opened. Coward. When she reported to work that afternoon for a mandatory meeting, the manager told her she was no longer needed at Domino's. As she is in the process of a house closing, the income loss was very upsetting to her, not to speak of how she felt about being charged with a federal felony! She is pursuing a civil suit and I hope she gets results. Domino's sucks. I will tell everyone I know not to order from that store. By the way, this guy's name is Don.

I ordered my pizza at 2:27 pm. At 4:00 pm I was on the phone yelling at them asking where my food is. I was assured that once my food gets there they will refund my card. I got my food at about 4:40 pm (cold and disgusting) and called the local Domino's so that they refund my card. The first time they placed me on hold for about 15 minutes. I hung up and called again but they kept picking up and hanging up. I proceeded to call from for the next hour until someone finally picked up at which point I had to flip out on him to get him to refund my card. Hopefully he actually refunded it.

It is apparent to my eye and stomach that Domino's has reduced the size of their Large Pizza. It had been several months since I ordered until yesterday. I remember looking at the box and thinking "this looks smaller" and when I took out the pieces to eat they looked smaller. Later last night my stomach told me the 4 slices that I ate were smaller. Again tonight, my eyes and stomach told me again that the 4 slices were smaller. As far the the quality of the pizza goes there was no change - it still was good pizza.
I don't think this size reduction is illegal and it all depends on anyone's definition of "Large", but reducing the cost of the pizza by reducing size to keep the price the same is to me deceptive. Campbells soups did this also by reducing the size of the soup cans. What can a person do? - I buy other brands of soup and I will now look for a "large" size in other pizzas to buy. The diameter of the Domino's pizza that I am complaining about is 13" and probably it is a 14" with shrinkage after baking which is understandable. I don't have any proof but I estimate that the original Large pizza was 16". No more Domino's.

When my family ordered pizza we were told 30 minutes for delvery. After 1 hour we called back and asked where our pizza was? The customer service rep told us they made a mistake and it would only take a couple more minutes. We live about 4 blocks from the store. Here two hours later no pizza yet! I called again and this time they told me the driver left 40 minutes ago. I am wondering how long does it take to make the pizza? Also I wonder how many delveries one driver can take at a time? I know I can not be the only person to think this is poor customer service.

I did steal from the box. The reason they fired me was because I was found guilty. I work two jobs and needed money to feed my son. I told my mother I was unfairly accused because I was ashamed of what I did. I needed some money to feed my son.

I am writing this because I feel ashamed of what I did. The new manager did not like me from the start. Don and I don't get along. I don't care much for whites.

Nicole's daughter.

P.S

As you can see I only stole money to buy my son a birthday gift and some food.

Melvin Banks shut up. I was not talking to you. Why are you interested in talking with me. I am a 15 year old girl and you must be 40. If you want to talk to Irish online then it is fine. But You sick sick man why are you talking to me. Pervert

Same with you Louis, billy.

Irish is not as smart as you two think. She failed a grade she is a year older than the rest of us.

Her parents are mixed. She is from Ireland so she is as white as she is black.

Also she does not wear all the cool clothing. She has no friends. She is in the ### class

This company is a joke! I ordered a piazza online and called an hour later to see what had happened to it? They said it was for pick up and I clearly have the print out for deleivery. At any rate they said they would make me a fresh one. All they did was RE-HEAT the same one and it was over done and burned by the time it was delivered another hour later. So much for their promise of cutomer satisfaction on their new product...They have lost my business forever after sending at leats 3 enails with NO RESPONSE WATSOEVER! I plan to facebook and twitter as many people as possible to boycott their products!

I ordered the pizza online, everything went thru ok, and I was waiting for the delivery.. and waiting.. and after few minutes somebody called and sais that they are too far from my location. Guess what, Domino's Pizza website picked the location to prepare my order. What kind of service is that? And if I want to make a complaint I need to complete a lot of personal information. Why? Isn't easier if I put the order# and my name enough for them to find you that my complaint is not a joke? Domino's Pizza.. you should check with your employees from time to time. You are some of the worst. I am sorry but I don't know how you are gonna have business if your work is so poor!

My family and I wanted pizza today so we called our local domino's for our normaly favorite pizza. Today we entered dominos and got rude service I would understand if they were real busy but it was extremly dead and they both did not seem like they wanted to be there (Its not the customers fault they dont like their job). Then on top of that we got home and opened the pizza boxs to pizza with no sause or cheese it looked like they had just through whatever they grabed on it and called it done. It looked like a piece of bread with pepperoni on it .This will be the last time my family and I will be going to dominos, we will take our money somewhere else.

I had the wost service from dominos I ordered two pizzas and the store thought I phoned back to say I was going to pick my order up. I then called to ask about it and the manager told me about the mistake and offerd 50% off so I took it. It had been two hours and the pizza got here and it was cold and tasted like cardboard so I phoned to let him know I couldnt eat it. He said I already got a discount which was only 5$ off from the delivery driver and wouldn't do anything about it. I tried to contact dominos at a higher level but all I got was a answering service. Thanks Dominos!

Dated: 05/09/20110

Time: 16:03 Hours

From: Mr.Viren Parekh

To: Whomsoever it may concern in Domino's Pizza

Subject: Pathetic Food Quality & Service from Domino's Pizza& it's Staffers.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is Mr.Viren Parekh., along with my Family and FriendsI along with my Wie's Family have been Avid Lover's of Domino's Pizza in the past. However the Recent happenings have made us think otherwise & we are so unhappy that we hav decided to almost boycott Domino's Pizza and spread the word to everyone we know in our vicinity.Let me draw your Attention to few Indifferent Situations which I along with my InLaw's came across recently.I am deeply hurt as I did spread the good word among my Friend's & my Company.inquiring from the Delivery guy
During December last year, since Being a Manager I receive Gift coupons now and Again, I inquired from your Outlet in Borivali(E), where I reside whether they do accept particular Gift coupons, which they agreed. I placed an Order around 10:15 P.M, when I was about to leave my Office as It takes 25 Minutes Drive from my residence. That day, I got delayed due to some Traffic, due to which I was not able to make on time, when the elivery guy arrived, he refused to take the coupon saying that the expiry date is 31/12/2017, on which my wife informed him that it is not yet 31/12/2017, however he refused to agree and started arguing and getting little more Vocal. My wife requested him to be a little lower in his speech as my parents were sleeping, however he did not agree to take the coupons. My Wife called me and I asked her to call the Outlet and apeak tot he manager, she did accordingly and explained the situation & he agreed that the coupons are Valid, Finally the delivery guy agreed & he did not have the Courtesy or Manners to apologise for his mistake and he went away, because all the issues, the Pizzas were almost Cold when we my wife sat to eat it.We both were very upset with this.
Before a Few months, I was at my In Law's place along with Friends, We decide toorder from Domino's Pizza from Borivali(W), The Quality of Pizza received was Pathetic, it was cold, we got the delivery after 43 minutes, also we were given only few Oregano's and Chilli flakes even after requesting for more.On inquiry from the delivery guy, why it was late, he was very rude with my wife and said he does not take care of it, requested him to wait, so we can complain about the Quality of Pizza and the time involved, however after some time he went away, which I was shocked as he dishonored us. I was made a source of laughter in front of my In Law's The very night, I did write a Complain Email on the Domino's Website, as felt Insulted, unsatisfied and not treated well as I have given a lot of customers to Domino's Pizza in the past.Apart from Recognising my efforts, they overlook it and treated me very unreasonably.
I did get a call from Megha, Manager at the Borivali(W) Outlet, who apologised for the concern & assured me of uality service in the Future. I did inform her that I am a person of Principle and a lot of sel fPride, I felt Aghast and shocked at the way they treat their customer's.She informed me that she can send the Same order to me and my In Laws, however I declined as my Motto was not to get more, but for them to realise the Mistake. She gave me her Number to call her to make any Inquires or Pave orders after I informed her that I will never ever turn to Domino's in the future for Pizza's, and we made up our mind to shift to Piza Hut.She realised after me giving her Details about my In Laws and Friends that I hae a lot of people connected to Domino's. We Finally agreed to the y loffer given by her after she assured me that she will individually take care of my things in the Future. She Sounded apologetic and genuine, I spoke to my wife and we agreed to give them another chance.Initially for the 1 st time, when I called Megha, she did everything well. She was very Polite and had Immense Customer Focus, which I appreaciated her for. However last month, My Brother in law got Engaged, the next day, we had a lot of guests at my In Laws place, we Decided to order Domino's Pizza along with other Food Stuffs, as few of our relatives, never had Pizza's before.I informed my Brother in law that I know Megha, who can get this orde for us quickly and she is good enough t take care of things, he Agreed to it.
However, we had to call Megha 2 times to know the Status of Delivery, she said that it is on it's way.I thought about driving down to the Borivali(W) outlet, as It takes 7 minutes. However since we had a lot of guests, I decided against it. To my Shock, it took Approximately 01:03 Hours for the Pizza to arrive, which was unbeleivable, as it is 7 minutes from In Laws place, also the Pizza was extremely cold and very hard, which was not fit for consumption by a normal Humane. to add to this, we had toppings all over the place on the box, we were given 3 Oregano's and 4 Chilli Flakes for 5 Pizza's which was shocking even after Megha assured me that Extra Oregano and Chilli Flakes will be given. How can anyone Expect such Rubbish?I was Embarrased in front of mt In laws Fmily and they mocked me. I did not even like a tribsiteffle of it.The same night, due to Issues with my Laptop, I send a message to Megha, about the Mis doing's. However we never Received a reply from her. At around 01:15 P.M next day, I called her and informed her, to which she replied saying that she had a lot of Custmer's due to which it happened.I did inform her that we tried calling her many times yesterday to inform her, so she can Correct it, However she did not pick up the phone, to which she said that she was busy. I informed her that my Wife was so shocked&angry, that she wanted to drive to Domino's Borivali(W) outlet and throw the non consumable Pizza in front of them, However we refrained from doing that as we are respectable individuals and we do keep our wits above us.
Megha agreed to resolve this and send me and my In Laws an Apology letter for this, also agreed to Invite all my friends and Family members for an all Organised party by Domino's, however I informed her that I cannot get my In Laws Relatives back from Kolkatta and gujarat, she agreed to it. Megha asked me to provide my Email ddress so she can Send me the best Deals from Domino's side as I never got the value for my money, I did provide her my and my wife's Email ddress.i confirmed with her whethwr she received it, to whiLet me Draw a few ch she agreed, She agreed to send me the very same day in the evening, to which she did not.On Inquiring with her about the reason why she did not send it, she said she will definitely do it today as yesterday she has many customers. This happened around the 1 st week of last month.I waited for a few days, however I did not received response from her. I did message her about the same on 13/08/2017, as I did feel that she was taking me for Granted to which she replied that she was Diagonised with Malaria, will stick to her words& get it done once she walks in the store.I inquired about her health and agreed fot it via Message. I had no choice, but to wait, but this time I was not going to leave it unturned.
I made my Inquiries whether Megha does come to the Outlet or not, To my Shock I spoke to few Staffers, asked them to pass on the line to megha and they agreed.I also had my friends to call Domino's to speak to megha and they found out that Megha was coming to the Domino'sOutlet.I was shocked as I am sure I was provided in correct information rom her.I was Furious and After coming back from Pune, I called her and Spoke to her about it, she had Excused that being a Manager, she had to come sometimes(As she knew, now I have all the information). I was not willing to speak to her and Requested for the License Number as I wanted to Press charges against Domino's pizza, she asked me to wait, so she can call Mr.Prashat, District Manager., I agreed to it, Called her back, she said she cannot do that, However I never felt she wassorry for the in Convenience and wanted m leave Domino's, she informe me that Mr.Prashant will call me, which he did not. However I ried calling him, his line was busy. However later he called me, I explained him the Situation. He was very Apologetic, however he was not at fault, I informed him that I wanted the License Number to press charges against them, also am going to claim a hugh compensation for the unruly Behaviour. He agreed to call me back in 1 hour. I spoke to him after an hour, he refused to give me the License number, said I will have to Email you'll to get it. I agreed to it .I was really happy that he called me back in 56 minutes as Promised.

From the Above, I pondered a lot and want to inform you Few things:

1.) I do have all the messages Stored with me for the Message exchange with Megha and Prashant.

2). I have recorded conversation with them, which was duly informed to Megha & Prashant.

3). As per the Law, I would request the License No within 72 working hours to press charges against Domino's. I will also Highlight the same in the Government of India Website to show them the real picturure of the way that a customer is made a source of Mockery and they will definitely act upon it as they did the same for one of my Friends, who is a Lawyer

4). I would want a reply back to this Email in 24 hours, if not I am sure you will be Responsible for the Consequenses.I will definitely consult my Lawyer about the next line of Action.

5). I work in a Leading Telecom MNC, being an Engineer. We have 27 Offices in Mumbai alone, where Each Office Comprises of 3 to 4 Thousand staffing. We have approximately 150 Domino's pizza Delivered Everyday & I promise you that after the mis doings as above I will authorise to switch over to Pizza hut or Smokin Joe's.

6). I want an Apology mail in 72 hours for the Ill treatment shown towards me.

7). I want a confirmation Email also from Mr.Prashant, who promised he sam.

Please make sure that you consider this Email of utter Importance, as neglecting this may land Domino's in Jeopardy. I definitely want to get Compensated for all the calls, Messages, Emails that I made to you, that took away my valuable time apart from ther hugh compensatio that I am going to claim for hurting my SelfEsteem and False promises made.

Thank you for your time going through this mail of Sheer Importance. I would like Staunch action taken for the same, I should be kept be kept i loop about the same. I would like to make it clear that I do not want anyone to loose their job, but train them to value their Job & respect other, live by their words etc as I treat every Individual with Dignity and Honour.

The worst pizza I ever ate. On Friday I ate Domino's Pizza, at first I thought it was actually pretty good. But Friday night I got constipated. Then on Saturday I started getting worse (going to the bathroom more) and had serious stomach pain. By Sunday was a little worse. By Monday I had diarrhea. Was the worst experience I ever had with pizza. NEVER AGAIN! I advise never to get pizza from Domino's. I love pizza, but Domino's pizza is disgusting, and they have terrible advertising too. Just don't bother with them, just don't do it.

Earlier this evening, I ordered about $35 worth of food online, for myself and my sister around 10:15 pm. Now, let me point out that online it states that it takes up to 45 minutes to be delivered. So i waited exactly 60 minutes, and when I checked online to see if the food had even delivered yet, it stated that my food was already delivered and that it was at my house. So, I called and the employee that I had spoke with said that "delivery takes 2 hours and the delivery boy was about to leave in 10 minutes". This wasn't a problem. Then exactly another 60 minutes went by and by then I was extremely angry because not only was I hungry, but now it has been 2 hours, and the person I spoke to said my food was going to be delivered in 10 minutes. So, I called and canceled my order. I hate to do this, and I've never complained about anything in my life, but this was ridiculous. I order from domino's all the time and never had this problem before.

I'm not sure what difference this will make, but we'll see. I recently called a Dominos store to place a delivery order, but asked if the driver could change a hundred since that's all I had. I was told the drivers only carry $20.00 dollars, to which I understand due to their safety. I then told the lady (which was the manager) o.k. thank you and she responded by just hanging up on me. After a short time I remembered the advertising special of the large carry out for $7.99 so I decided I would call and place the family order and drive 15 miles to pick our order up. Once I arrived at the Dominos store and give the name on the order, I was told the total to which I handed over my hundered dollar bill. I am then informed that they did not have change. The manager then approaches the window, with attitude all over her face, and informed me, "we can't change that, I told you that earlier!" So now I'm stuck without dinner, an unhappy family, and more attitude when I get home, due to your store not being able to change a hundred dollar bill. We order from Dominos at least once a week but I think that will soon change. I have worked in customer service for more years than I care to count and I myself know manager Melissa Tu (or however spelled) at the Destrehan, La. store could've been a little more courteous. The gentleman at the window was more polite as he apologized with her giving a scouring look behind him. It's my fault that your place of business can't change a hundred dollar bill. If that's the case then you need to advertize that. Does that also gives your employees reason to treat me rudely? Dominos wanted to be made aware of how their pizzas looked once delivered, and there have been instances in which I sure could've sent in pictures of pizza that looked as if it was not only dropped but kicked to the door, the box kind of tells the story, but I never have. I decided this would be heard. Because this just lost you business and I will continue to tell this story of how Dominos cheated my family out of their request of "that good thin crust pizza" for dinner. Not so happy consumer!
