While at Dollywood, I misplaced my phone while on a roller coaster. The workers found it the next day and put it in their storage locker for lost items and refused to look in the locker or give it back until after the park was closed. We were on a trip from Pennsylvania and begged them to give us the phone before we had to leave. They would not do so, started ignoring our phone calls, and when they finally opened the locker, we were already four hours deep into our trip home. When we purchased shipping for the phone, Dollywood did not ship it out as soon as they claimed they would. They left the phone sitting around supposedly in their storage locker for at least three days and didn't tell us when they would send it back. One of the workers on the phone was rude to my mother, would not give the names of her supervisors, and was overall very unprofessional. Dollywood is a fun place to go to however their lost and found customer service is terrible, they have ridiculous policies, and did not show any care for their customers. I finally received my phone on May 30; it was found on May 20.
Recommendation: Don't expect professionalism from all of the workers.
