I bought 7 tickets for Raging Waters Los Angeles on July 8 (back when reservations were required). But things changed in LA, and reservations were no longer necessary. I only needed 4 tickets, so I wanted to get a refund for the remaining 3. The ticket counter told me to email the address on the website to request a refund. I tried that, but no one responded. I called multiple times and left messages, but still no response. I even messaged them on social media, but got no reply. I waited patiently each time before trying a different way to reach them. It seems like Raging Waters is just another company that cares more about keeping the money than taking care of their customers and honoring their promise to refund unused tickets.

On 6/7/22, I bought tickets online for Raging Waters. They said if you buy one ticket, you get 50% off the second one. In my cart, I had four tickets - two for adults and two for juniors. When I went to pay, it said I could save $60 if I bought today. But when I actually bought the tickets, there was no discount and I had to pay the full price. So, I called Raging Waters and told the person on the phone that the discount wasn't applied. They asked me how many tickets I bought, and I told them. I also mentioned that the website said I could save $60 if I bought today. The person asked me to wait and then came back saying that the $60 was for upgrading to a seasonal pass. I then told them about the buy one get one 50% off deal, and they said I had to apply that discount before paying. I told them that the website didn't have a way to apply it, and they said it was already applied to the purchase price.

May 12 - I asked for a refund for my season pass because of Covid. I bought two season passes for the 2020 season, but we couldn't use them because of the restrictions. I want my money back. I contacted them again on 6/14 because I still hadn't received the refund in my account. On 6/16, I got an email saying that now I would have to wait 10-20 business days for the refund because I made the purchase more than 6 months ago. I emailed on 6/26 to a supervisor *** after I called their office and still no refund.

Raging Waters ain't got no proper parking or ***. On 07/03, they told us to park on some deserted hill in the middle of nowhere, far from the main road, with no signal. When we came back from the amusement park (on the shuttle), there wasn't a SINGLE person to guide the cars down the hill. My car got stuck on a bump at 7PM. Luckily, a nice person helped us out by putting rubber mats under my car's tires so we could get down the hill (which was like 45% steep, man). I didn't know how to handle a small sedan on that hill, and I was scared my car would flip over. We gave the good Samaritan $100 for the mats that got all torn up, and we thought we were pretty lucky to get out of there without any damage. But guess what? The company wouldn't pay me back for the mats. And to make things worse, they wouldn't let me and my kids into the park the next day, 07/04, just because I asked for my money back again. They even called the cops on us and kicked us out without refunding our tickets for the day.

On 6/6/22, I bought 3 tickets for Raging Waters online, and it cost me ***. I was going to the *** place and didn't realize that the tickets I bought online were for the *** place until I got to the park and they said the tickets weren't valid. They told me to contact Raging Waters *** for a refund and buy more tickets for the *** place. I called the phone number for the*** office ( (XXX) XXX-XXXX) that I found online, but I had to leave a message, so I did. I ended up buying more tickets for *** and thought I would get a call back from the*** office for my refund later. But I didn't hear anything from Raging Waters***, so I contacted them again and had to leave another message on 6/9/22. I also sent them a message online. They haven't responded to any of my inquiries, and the only way to communicate with them is through messages. I just want a refund for the ticket I bought for the wrong place, which costs ***.

My sister in law rented cabana kk-10 at Raging Waters on ***. After everything was paid for, we were hungry so I ordered food with the attendant named *** He brought our food and I told him I would pay for it since she had closed the tab. I gave him my debit card and he came back quite some time later around 4:30ish. He told me that the total was *** and that he did not have a receipt because there was no paper for it. This did not sit well with me. He told me that I could check my bank and it would show the charge of *** I checked my bank app when I had reception, which was 15 mins later and instead I saw a charge for *** I went to the cabana rental desk and I told him that he had charged me incorrectly. He promised he hadn't and he couldn't retrieve the receipt because they couldn't but he'd give me a reprint of what I purchased for my record. An attendant bu the name of *** printed out a receipt showing what I had purchased and the amount it should be. I tried contacting them to their 909 number but it only asks for messages. I need to speak with them directly. Please help me with this fraudulent charge.

I went to Raging Waters WaterPark on 06/20/2022 (Monday) with my group. We bought our tickets online and paid for parking. But when we got there, we found out that half of the thrill rides were closed. The staff said it was because they didn't have enough workers. We had to wait in line for hours before we realized this. It was frustrating trying to find someone to talk to about the issue. Finally, on our way out, I found the Guest Services desk. I spoke to a few employees, including ***, ***, and eventually *** (employee ID XXXXXX). They didn't provide good service at all. They accused us and didn't care about our rights as customers. The tickets we bought online didn't mention anything about the broken rides. We only found out after waiting for hours. We asked for a refund, but they said we waited too long to report the problem. This was not fair. Because of the bad service, we wasted an hour of our time and even faced threats from other people in line. The service agents saw this but didn't do anything until a security guard got involved. In conclusion, we were sold tickets that were falsely advertised online. We were lied to and accused by the guest services. We were threatened by other patrons, and the staff didn't care. All they did was apologize.
