I gotta say, DME Elevators & Lifts is the real deal. We've had two of their lifts for over five years now and they're still running like a dream. The maintenance crew knows their stuff and always keeps everything in tip-top shape. Can't recommend them enough!

DME Elevators & Lifts is dope! Our sales dude, ***, knows his stuff about the products they got. But what's even better is that he's good at handling peeps who are dealing with mobility issues. The installation team, ***, were cool peeps and they did their job hella fast. They did a bunch of little tweaks that made the final product super easy to use.

Our stair chair was working great for eight years, but then it stopped. The tech guy came and said it was under warranty, so they ordered the part. When it came in, two tech guys came and fixed it up good as new. DME is always good to us. The people in the office and the tech guys are always helpful and nice. They stand behind their stuff, which is important because we need our stair chair. DME is reliable!

I talked to three different lift guys before buying, and DME was the only one who actually cared about me and my situation. They installed the lift real quick and the guy who did it explained everything real good. Later on, I had to move the lift for a new fridge and the dude who came to do it was on time and real professional. I'm super happy with DME.

The stair chair works great. The *** office and field employees are courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. To date every experience with *** has gone well and have been a customer for a decade or more.

We have had a DME Elevator in our home since 2016 the entire experience from sales to install and ongoing maintenance has been wonderful to date. *** is the local tech that comes to our house most often for the routine maintenance checks. He is knowledgeable, thorough, professional and friendly. I highly recommend a service agreement if you have an elevator or chair lift. It is worth the cost to have the peace of mind

We have recently bought a DME Stair Lift. The salesperson was fine and professional. The office staff excellent. The lift itself works as promised and was delivered exactly as promised. Our problem was with the installation. In the middle of the pandemic the installers were sent out with NO face masks, NO booties and NO gloves. When they entered our house I gave each of them (2 men) a mask and asked them to wear it. Neither of them did. Later, after the installation was done. they asked my husband to approach so they could show him how the lift operated. NO distancing and only when I objected again did they put on their masks. Stair lifts are primarily for the disabled and the elderly. That is precisely the population at risk in this pandemic. When I called the office I got a warm, respectful hearing from a Matt. He promised to have a "higher up" call. It took a week. The person who called left a message saying the installers had been "disciplined." I had been clear that I wanted assurance that this would not happen to another family. I got none. I still do not know if it is their policy to send out installers with sufficient protective equipment to protect their customers.
