Discount Tire review: Why do I have an appointment?

I came in for a tire rotation last week and had to make an appointment for today because the wait time was going to be 3-4 hrs. I showed up at 9:30 for my 10AM appointment. I am writing this review at 12:17 and I can’t understand why I have an appointment for speed of service but I have had to wait the same amount of time if I did not have an appointment. The only reason my car was pulled in was because I spoke up. I’m sorry but the Discount Tire on 82st has gone way down on customer service. I will be going to a different location from now on because I have had better service at other locations.

Recommendation: Don’t go to the 82nd st Discount Tire if you are on any type of schedule
