Discount Tire review: Installation of low profile tires causing issues with my car

Around 12/20/21 - New tires at Firestone but 2 of the 4 wheels were bent or dented so I was advised to replace those wheels soon. Firestone did not have the proper wheels and could not get them for a month or longer and suggested I replace them before that time.

12/29/21 - New wheels ordered and installed on my car

12/29/21-01/11/22 - issues with my car driving very poorly were very obvious with my new wheels.

01/08/22 - Returned to Discount Tires. They said the tires were out of balance but could only balance 3. The 4th was so badly installed that the lugs had been stripped and they could not remove them. I was given a voucher to take my care to a business down Lyndale to remove, replace and repair the damaged lugs.

01/10/22 - Repairs done and car taken back to Discount Tires to have all ties balanced.

01/10-01/21/22 - the issues with the very bumpy ride and suspension issues continued.

0/19//22 - Took care back to Firestone and was told of and shown very bad damage to my new wheels and new rims caused by the improper installation of the new wheels at Discount Tire.

01/21/22 - Returned to Discount Tires. Wheels and tires replaced

01/24/22 - New shocks and brakes at Tires Plus

01/24/22-02/04/22 - Ride continued to be rough as before.

02/04/22 - Took back to Tires plus for another inspection of my shocks and was test driven by Mechanic. It drove very poorly so they ordered new shocks

02/07/22 - Shocks replaced

02/07/22-02/19/22 - Car's drive worsened and took back to TiresPlus

02/19/22 - Took back to TiresPlus. My shocks were great but they did a much more thorough check of my car and found that the there is an issue with offset/low profile tires which my car shouldn't have. Was told this will lead to further issue such as the need for frequent alignments and a much shorter life to my new shocks. I was told to have the issue checked and repaired at Discount Tire.
