Discount Tire review: Damages done to my vehicle because of their neglect to torque the lug nuts correctly

After getting my truck back from Discount Tire I noticed a grinding noise from the front of the truck especially if I made a turn. It sounded like there was maybe a rock or something caught between the rotor and brake. So the guys at work jacked the truck up to take a look and both front tires moved back and forth especially the drivers side. I called and spoke to the manager and he said he would send a tow truck and have it brought to a auto shop where it can be looked at. I stopped the next day and gave the owner of the shop the number to contact the manager at Discount Tire. He took me in the shop and showed me that the rotors were warped and the Hubs needed to be replaced. The following day, I stopped by and talked to Sal. He explained that he had left messages but Jeff was not returning his calls. So I called and the guy that answered the phone told me Jeff was no longer there. I started to explain what was going on and he said he would call me back. He was going to call Jeff? He was at another store. HE just said he was no longer there? Long story short I get Jeff on the phone and he starts on me about who ok the fix of the truck. Well I do have to get to work Hello. You had the truck towed and tell us to call you at a specific # that you just so happen not to be at 2 days later. The whole mess has been a big run around that has now cost me$1000 plus the new rim and 2 new tires. I guess it is better it happened this way than me and my grandson getting into an accident because of the tires coming off. These people need to pay attention, peoples lives and their family members are at stake. They are making light of a situation that could have ended all bad and they are to cheap to help with the damages that their negligence caused.
