Discount Salt Pool – Customer surport

I ordered a salt system apon received it Iasked them for some help installing it . Even though they said just call us they dont answer the phone. All you get is a message that the office is closed call back monday thru Friday at central time. I have called 6x at various time of the day and only rceive the same message. The only communication I have with them is Chat and they say that they will call me back but they dont. They also say the best way to resolve the issue is to call them but I still only get the closed message. All I want now is send the item back but chat says I have to call them to get an RMA to send back very frustrating.
