Recently had my big pool upgraded with new tile and pebble liner. Very professional. Their Project Manager is outstanding. He keeps you informed every step of the way and is on-site when needed to see that the job is done right. Quality of the work exceeded my expectations and was done several days ahead of schedule.

I highly recommend Omni Pool Builders and Design, LLC. They did a great job building our pool according to our needs. They kept us informed about every step of the construction process. They also helped us find a good financing option. Ventura Vargas was always available to answer my texts and calls, and he addressed all my questions. The pool looks amazing with its sparkling clean water!

Omni Pool Builders and Design, LLC (http://www.tucsonpoolbuilders.com/) was the only pool builder who would work with us to create the pool that we wanted. As with all projects, there were occasional issues/delays but they were easily resolved. Our project manager, ***, was awesome to work with, he kept us informed and always responded to calls and messages. *** was also awesome to work with. We are extremely happy with our pool!

Ventura, as the project manager, made sure that every little detail was taken care of. He was really busy, but still managed to communicate with me effectively. We had contact with more than one pool contractor. Omni was the obvious choice. From their initial response through the final day of work, they were nothing but professional, accommodating, knowledgable, careful, and complete. Our project manager, JIM DAHNKE was terrific. He spent a lot of time helping us with the planning and design choices and was ever-present during the construction process. He even appeared the day afterwards to bring US a thank you! Amazing! Nick Roma and Ventura Vargas-Yenez from Omni Pool Builders and Design, LLC turned our pool dream into a reality. Nick perfectly captured our vision through pictures and plans. He found all the additional features we wanted and got us great deals on both the materials and the craftsmanship. Ventura, as our dedicated project manager, brought the plans to life. He supervised every subcontractor to ensure the high quality we desired. He was consistently professional and friendly, addressing any questions or concerns from us and the workers. Ventura was always patient and quick to respond. Thanks to him, we now have a stunning pool!

We just had our spa redone by Omni Pool Builders and Design, LLC and we were very satisfied with the results. Everyone that showed up to work on the spa was friendly and on time. It was nice to deal with a company that didn't have a bunch of no-shows. I am certain that one of the reasons everything went so smoothly was because of our project manager, Jim Dahnke. Jim was with us every step of the way. Because this is the first time we have had a project like this done, I can't compare it to others, but I can't see how things could have been done better.

Omni Pool Builders and Design, LLC did an amazin job on renovating our pool. We had them replaster our pool, put in new tile and redo the deck. They just finished last month ahead of schedule. The project manager was wonderful from the very first call. All the workers that came out were very professional and friendly. They visited after every workday to insure it was done correctly. We also were advised ahead of time when someone would be coming out. When an issue did come up, they were quick to let us know and what our options were. Our pool looks so amazing and giving Omni Pool Builders 5 stars.

Venture, our OMNI project manager, was awesome. He was patient and responsive, which was crucial for this project. He oversaw all subcontractors and resolved issues in a timely manner. He made our plans come to life and our dream come true. He transformed our dirt yard into an oasis. Our yard is now a 5-star yard with a spool, waterfall, saguaros, plants, artistic pavers, AstroTurf, gravel, and flower pots. It exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Venture and OMNI pools without any hesitation. I researched and considered 4 other companies, but I'm confident I made the best choice. If you want a 5-star oasis, contract with OMNI and be sure to ask for "Venture." You won't be disappointed.

This review has been a long time coming. Our pool was finished at the end of July , and my wife and I wanted to enjoy it in the good weather. The pool is really beautiful. The whole Omni team was fantastic. Everyone we met, from reception to design to actual construction, was great. *** was our construction manager and was always attentive to our needs, no matter how small. The design, by Rich, was absolutely wonderful. The people they hired for the construction, like digging the hole, putting in rebar, shotcrete, plumbing, tiling, electricity, and decking, were excellent. I've recommended Omni to many people in our neighborhood who were thinking about getting a pool. I know that three of my neighbors have done so. Despite Covid and the shortage of supplies, they got the job done. And this review wouldn't be complete without mentioning their construction/maintenance repair crew. They came out last week to fix a broken pipe caused by an accident during turf installation. I called the day it broke, and their repairmen were at my house the next day and finished the job on the same day. Omni doesn't abandon you once the pool is done. You can't get any better than that. They are definitely worth it. I highly recommend Omni for all your pool and decking needs.

Omni was great in every way. From their showroom, to showing us a digital mock of what our pool looked like, to timeline. Everything was great. Ventura would come to the site and update regularly, cannot thank them enough for making our stone pile into a back yard. -Tony

Tom and Bri did our design in no time. I sent them my house layout plan and they were able to put a design together two days after I sent it. Excellent communication throughout the process, from design to build completion. Tom is always available to talk even though he’s swamped with many different projects. Ventura, the project manager, has also been crucial throughout the process. He’s really good at staying in touch with the customer and ensuring the project runs per schedule. He’s always willing to ensure the customer is happy. He does good job at ensuring proper project oversight by being present on site and always listening to any customer’s concerns and following thru. Overall, I’m happy with the effort they have put in our project and I would highly recommend them to anyone that plans to build a pool in the future.

So I am emailing our review and hoping it lands on your website, but please feel free to feature it in any format you prefer. REVIEW: Our pool is 42 years old and was desperately needing a facelift. Project Manager Jim D came to our home and offered many options that could breathe some life back into our disintegrating -yet most favorite feature of our back yard. We were immediately impressed by Jim who made the process easy, kept us in constant contact, and completed the project within a short time. An amazing feat considering that Omni is quite busy this time of year! We were impressed with every person involved in the renovation, and how Jim kept tabs with scheduling and managing the crews is nothing less than excellence. Omni Pool Builders took all my money and didn't give me what I paid for. I've had to bug them nonstop to make the pool look somewhat decent. I already paid them in full, even though I didn't want to because I was scared this exact problem would happen. I paid for an outdoor kitchen, but they didn't finish it. I have appliances just sitting on my porch, untouched. Every time I call, they make excuses or try to make me the general contractor, which I'm not. I sent them money through wire transfer, so I can't even get a refund. Can someone please assist me?

We paid Omni Pool Builders and Design, LLC their final payment on September 10th. We had some doubts about paying before they finished everything, but they insisted on receiving the full payment before completing the interior of our pool. So, we agreed to their terms and identified the remaining tasks that needed to be done. These tasks included replacing the dead plants in our landscaping, swapping a brown and white tile on our walkway due to a pattern mix-up, replacing a landscaping light, providing additional pavers, and fixing the water leveler float hole. It's been nearly two months now, and despite reaching out to them multiple times, we are still waiting for these tasks to be completed. They have promised on more than one occasion that the work would be taken care of on specific dates, but no one has shown up as promised.

On July 20, Omni Pool Builders and Design, LLC began working on my pool to fill it in. I signed a contract and paid half of the total amount, which was $4275.00. However, on Friday, July 25, when I returned home, I noticed that my pool pump and filter were missing after they had worked on it that day. I asked the project manager, ***, about the whereabouts of my equipment, and he informed me that they had taken it away. Taking it away was not mentioned in the contract. He claimed that the filter's shell was cracked, but it was not. Additionally, he told me that the pump, which was only 18 months old, was damaged when they loaded it onto their truck. He said something fell on it. Before the work began, I had informed him that I intended to sell the pump and filter for $2200.00. However, Omni Pools offered me only $2000.00, which I am not satisfied with because I could get more. We have been going back and forth without reaching an agreement. They took my equipment without my permission. Furthermore, they have also refused to level out an area where they dumped rocks, even though *** had assured me that it would be done.

Omni Pool Builders and Design, LLC has been quite a hassle to work with. They unexpectedly asked for an extra $33,332.26, plus an additional unapproved amount of $955.80 for a coping bar that was supposed to be included in the original price. This payment was supposed to be made once the decking, including the pergola and firepit, pergola footers, and footers wrapped in stack stone, was finished. We told them we wouldn't pay the full amount and instead offered $20,000, leaving a remaining balance of $25,413.19 out of the total $123,939.25. This is because the pergola, pergola footings, stacked stone on footings, and firepit are still incomplete. Our pool only has initial plumbing/electrical work, shotcrete, and waterline tile. So, there's still a lot left to be done, but they want almost all the money, except for $12,000, which they want by 12/1. They want the full payment of $123,939 by that date, even though the project is far from finished. They only recently ordered the pergola, which should have been ordered eight months ago, and now they can't even tell us when it will be completed and installed. When we informed them that we couldn't pay the full amount until the pergola and other things were done, and instead offered them a more than fair additional $20,000, they stopped working and canceled our scheduled interior pool work that was supposed to start on Dec 1, 2021. They completely abandoned the project. We've tried reaching out to them through voicemail, calls, and text messages, but they have ignored us. Overall, this whole project has been a real struggle. It has been slow, they haven't returned our calls to answer our questions, and they've promised subcontractors who never showed up, sometimes not even for weeks. Yet, they expect payment right away. We have always paid promptly in the past, but now they've pushed us too far. We demand that Omni resumes full construction on our pool, completes the interior, and doesn't bill us in full until the pergola and other things are finished. It's important to note that we have paid all the installments up to this point and will continue to do so until the project is fully completed, which may take several more months.
