Pool contractor hasnt finished the work on the pool. The tile is still real dirty from the concrete and the drain plugs aint been put in at the bottom of the pool. I been tryin to talk to the owner of the company bout it, but they keep sayin they gonna come out and finish the job, but they aint showed up yet.

I ain't been gettin' no communication at all, gotta keep checkin' up on every step of the process. They said the tile work would be done last week, then they said for sure this week, but ain't nobody showed up yet. I called 'em today to see if someone was still comin' out, and the owner had the nerve to tell me I was botherin' him and that the tile would be installed whenever they felt like it, then just hung up on me.

We been having problems with Sac Pool Pros since we started building our pool. Our pool stuff been leaking for a whole year now and we been trying to fix it with the owner since August . We been calling and leaving messages but ain't nobody getting back to us about when they gonna fix the leak. We only got a two year warranty on the pool stuff 'cause it was built in 2020. We need this leak fixed before the warranty runs out but they keep saying they gonna put in a service order and then nothing happens.

Sac Pool Pros started building our pool and decking in February , and they filled the pool on May 21st. But since then, there have been a bunch of things that needed fixing. We told them about some problems before they filled the pool, like issues with the concrete. We also noticed that some equipment, like the salt generator, wasn't installed. Plus, the pool wasn't built to the right depth as stated in the contract. And to top it off, there's a leak that we told the owner about.

They did install the salt generator, but it wasn't connected properly. They didn't pay attention to the depth issue or the concrete problems, and they mostly ignored the leak. We let them know about the leak before June 3rd, and the owner came out and said he would send someone to check it. But nobody showed up until we made more phone calls. Finally, on July 8th, a crew came to take a look, but they couldn't figure out where the leak was. They said they would come back on the 9th, but it's been a week and no one has shown up. None of these problems have been fixed yet.

I called Sac Pool Pros in May to ask about pool service for our pool. The previous owners had used this company before, so I thought I'd give them a try. I texted them my info and asked to schedule a meeting, as the owner requested. But, they never got back to me. After a week, out of nowhere, the owner sent us a bill. We hadn't agreed on anything or signed a contract. It turns out, he used the previous owners' info and my text to make a fake invoice. We never even met them or had any service done. They keep sending us a bill for $60, even though we never agreed to anything. I've asked them four times to stop with the false invoices. I even sent an invoice back to show them how ridiculous it is. When I called in May to tell them to stop, the owner said he didn't want us as customers. That's fine with us, but he won't stop with the fake bills. He's rude and keeps threatening to show up at our place for no reason.

We are sooo disappointed with the service and level of professionalism we keep gettin' from *** at Sac Pool Pros. Sac Pool Pros built us a super pretty pool. But, man, there were sooo many mess-ups durin' the buildin' process. We had to watch over 'em like a hawk. They put the gas lines in the wrong spots, didn't put any stairs in the pool, and put the equipment plumbing in the wrong place. And then they had the nerve to wanna charge us to fix their mistakes! Can you believe it? They used an engineer to design the pool, but we still had major design issues that needed fixin'. They eventually fixed 'em, but it shouldn't have been such a hassle. And get this, *** even threatened to sue us and stop the whole project. He said his dad, ***, was gonna come out and settle things, but turns out that was a lie. His dad ain't even the owner! Despite all the red flags, we decided to sign up for their monthly service 'cause they built the pool. But now, our plaster is all discolored and they say it's a strain, but they haven't fixed it yet. They even put a chlorine basket in the pool and the tablets fell out, causin' more discoloration. When we contacted *** on 11/1, he straight up said he didn't want us as customers and that his company didn't do anything to our plaster! He was so rude and unprofessional, even used bad words about my fiance in his texts. We have all the texts to prove it. The pool is just over a year old and all he says is it ain't covered by warranty and he won't help us anymore. Now we gotta hire another company to figure out what's wrong with the plaster 'cause Sac Pool Pros won't do nothin'. Be careful 'bout the service and warranty with ***. Keep good records like we did. We might have to take legal action. It's sooo unfortunate when you spend almost 100K on a pool and the owner don't know how to do right by the customers. We ain't askin' for too much, just for 'em to fix the problem. But he won't even come see it for himself. If it was his own pool, he'd expect the same treatment we do as customers! The pool does look nice, but the service and professionalism and how they handle problems after ain't acceptable. I wouldn't recommend Sac Pool Pros 'cause their customer service is terrible. They only know how to threaten people instead of doin' things the right way. We'll be waitin' for a response to this complaint.
