Sept. 10, 2019 ordered a product via internet

Sept. 10, 2019 ordered a product via internet. Upon receipt of the confirmation I took note the discount I was promised was not deducted. I contacted the company via phone. *** in sales dept. handled it and I told him my discount did not show up. He indicated it was an error and the discount would be applied within a few days as customer service would handle it. I waited 3 weeks but no discount was refunded. I contacted *** in customer service and also ***. Both agreed I was due the discount and it would be refunded within the coming week. It's been 1 month now and still no discount has been refunded.

The discount was applied immediately to customer account. The refund was already processed through PayPal. We do not have control over when PayPal distributes funds back to customer account. I understand it did take 3 weeks to put the refund back to PayPal but that has been completed. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn and improve.
