They sent me a defective item, It was delivered on 6/10/25. Opened the box on 6/16/25. I called them to let them know it was not functioning properly and they said call ridgid. I called Ridgid and they said to send it to a service center. I called the service center and they said it would take approximately two months to fix. I called back direct tools on 6/17/25 and asked to return it. I wasn't going to wait 2 months. They said it has to be returned within 7 days of delivery. It was then 8 days. Although I called on the seventh day originally. They said they did not have a record of it. they would not pay for shipping and also would charge a 20% restock fee. I asked to speak with a manager and they said one was not there and did not now when one would be available. I asked if one could call me. And they said no. Never again for Direct Tools and never again for Ridgid. Direct tools is contracted with Ridgid to sell their products.
