Complete scam, they are sellin small wood chips with no beneficial mites like they claim. I inspected with jewelers loupe all containers with zero mites!

They advertise *** beneficial insects, but actually send about 20. Plus a bunch of sawdust. I used a digital microscope to check, and found almost no eggs (green lacewing).

I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I heard about ARBICO Organics and their promise of helpful bugs. I mean, who wouldn't want some little critters to help out in the garden, right? But man, was I disappointed when my package arrived.

First off, they claim to send a whole bunch of beneficial insects, but all I got was about 20 of them. And to make matters worse, they threw in a whole bunch of sawdust. Like, what am I supposed to do with that? I was expecting a swarm of bugs, not a pile of wood shavings.

Now, being the curious person that I am, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I whipped out my trusty digital microscope and started inspecting these so-called beneficial insects. And you know what I found? Almost no eggs. I was specifically looking for green lacewing eggs, but they were nowhere to be found. Talk about a letdown.

I don't know about you, but when I order something, I expect to get what I paid for. And in this case, I definitely didn't. ARBICO Organics, you really dropped the ball on this one. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.

I bought some lacewing cards from ARBICO Organics, but unfortunately, they didn't come with any lacewings. I wanted to share my experience and warn other customers by leaving a review on their website. However, I've tried twice now, and they won't post my negative review. It's disappointing that they don't allow honest feedback to help others make informed decisions.

I spent more than $200 on these products this year alone. Got a product with the number 08/20 on the label in May . They say it's the date the label was printed, but I highly doubt that. Usually, when I buy something, the date shows when it was made. I won't be dealing with this company again and suggest you find another option.

I recently placed an order with ARBICO Organics for live bugs, and I specifically requested that they be delivered to my porch. Unfortunately, FEDEX ended up delivering them to my gate instead. The box from ARBICO had clear labels all over it, instructing not to leave it in the sun, and even the tag itself said to deliver it to the porch. I can't blame ARBICO for this mishap, but when I reached out to Jaimie Wannamaker to ask about filing a claim, they simply stated that it wasn't their fault and it was their policy. The lack of customer service is disappointing. It's been 8 days and I'm still waiting for a response.

I bought some cards from ARBICO Organics that were supposed to have 5,000 lacewing eggs, but only a few actually hatched. The rest were clearly not good. I contacted customer service, but they just made weak excuses. Can you believe they wanted to charge us again for a reorder at 50%? They sent us a faulty product in the first place, and now they expect us to pay more for it? It's really hard to understand how they think this is good for their business. Luckily, there are other companies out there that offer the same things.

I bought a 1000 count bottle of lacewing larvae from ARBICO Organics in June , and they sent it to me overnight. When I opened the bottle on the same day, as they told me to do, there were no lacewing larvae inside. Instead, there were rice hulls and some white stuff that seemed like dust, but no dead larvae either. I called the company and left a detailed message, but they never called me back. So now I've lost the money I spent on the product and the expensive overnight shipping. I don't suggest using this company.

I bought a 1,000 count bottle of green lace wing larvae from ARBICO Organics. When I got it, I poured some onto a white paper to check the quantity and appearance. Surprisingly, there was no movement or larvae. Disappointed, I emptied the paper onto my rose bushes and repeated the process with the remaining larvae. Out of the entire bottle, I found only four larvae. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but they haven't responded. I highly recommend avoiding this company!

It didn't work! I still have ant problems and the moles didn't leave my yard (because I still have grub problems) after 3 weeks since I applied it. I followed the instructions carefully, put it in the fridge when it arrived, and used it on the third day at dusk. I watered it for a week. IT DID NOT work! I don't know if the product I got was defective, 50 million dead nematodes, but it was a waste of money and effort. I'll try another company next time. Also, the customer service doesn't know much about their products when you call for help.

I'm really disappointed with ARBICO Organics. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years and always had great success and customer service. However, this year their Fly Predators have been awful. Out of the 9 units I purchased, most of them were either moldy or never hatched. I've called them multiple times and all they say is, "yeah we know, we've had a bad year." That's it, no refund or replacement with a good product. It's shocking to see how Rick Frey has let this company fall apart. Sadly, I won't be returning. If you want to avoid wasting money and getting frustrated, don't buy anything from here.

Two separate shipments of trichogramma wasps arrived in great shape even though they came when it was super hot, like over 100 degrees. I was really impressed! The packaging was done well and the instructions on the container were easy to understand. Yeah, when they got here, the cooling packs were pretty warm. Both shipments came in the late afternoon when it was really hot outside. The wasps from the first shipment started coming out in good numbers the next morning, so we put the cards out and let the adults that had already hatched go. The second shipment already had a bunch of active adults, so we waited a few hours until the sun was going down to put the cards out.

I only gave 1 star so it can be reviewed...I paid for overnight shipping from Arbico Organics and still haven't received my package. I placed my order on Feb 25th and it's March 1st, still not here... I spoke to a woman through email who told me she was shipping my package yesterday (Feb 28th) and that it would be here today (March 1st). I called today and spoke to a woman who not only refused to give her name but also informed me that my package was placed on hold by the woman from email for some reason and that she would ship the package immediately. I paid more money to have my package overnighted than what it actually cost, only to have it shipped basically in normal fashion. This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have done business with and I highly recommend people think twice before giving these people your hard-earned money...

Ordered 2 things one was cloning gel that expired in 2018 and a qplug kit and i only recived the refill plugs no tray to hold the plugs so for 30 some odd dollars i got expired cloning gel and basically something i didnt even order

I ordered some preditor mites from ARBICO Organics, but when they arrived, they were all dead. It's really disappointing because their warranty is basically non-existent.

I've been buying fly predator's from this company for a few years now. Every year, I would get one or two bags of predator's that didn't hatch. This year, I got 4 bags that didn't hatch. 4 out of 6 bags, and I can't even be sure the first two hatched completely 'cause I just let 'em free without lookin' much. But those last four, not a single egg hatched. I'm really disappointed. Feels like the company took my money and didn't give me what I paid for.

I'm pretty sure they sent me a product that has a short shelf life (you have to use it within 2 weeks of buying), and it was already 9 months old. I want them to replace the item or give me my money back.

I called Arbico and asked about buying bugs for my baby toads. I was lookin for a company that could supply bugs specially through the winter season. They told me they could sell me fly larvae (worm stage, so I thought). What I got looked like red rice. When I called them, ***, told me it was the pupae stage. Basically, I would get flies. I didn't want flies 'cause baby toads can't catch 'em. My whole house was full of flies. I called back and *** said she'd send wasps (she said they wouldn't sting and they'd be the size of fruit flies). She said they'd infest the fly pupae and kill the fly larvae. But I got red rice again. I never saw wasps, but I sure had a fly invasion. When I called again, *** wouldn't take my call. I spent almost $200 to get rid of flies in my home. I want my money back...or I'd be happy to pay 'em as long as they pay for the pest control I had to use.
