I was signed up for the Direct express card many months ago by an unknown SSI employee in which I never recieved that particular card. I had no idea that a card was ordered for me untill according to SSI rules, I either had to have a bank account or use the this direct Express card to be in compliance with SSI rules, so I called the treasurer department by way the number provided by SSI this is when I was told that a card was already sent to the SSI Admin prior to my calling two weeks before. This is the card I never at any time received nor have I been able to find out where that card went or who it was sent too. This was starting middle March 2023 early February 2023. When I showed in person at the SSI admin in Downtown Portland Oregon on Yamhill St. the employee got highly upset with me when I requested her to assist me in finding out who ordered this card and who did it get mailed to... to no convey. Since that loss of this first card not only haven't any of the replacement cards numbers matched when calling the direct Express number, but as well SSI have been telling me that I can't use any of these cards, this has been ongoing since middle March 2023 till this time and day., because a direct Express card hasn't stop processing in their system. I've been having some problems with the bank I was banking with such being they couldn't cash my whole check they say until it cleared the next business day, that they can only give me a portion of my SSI benefit check and must obtain the rest of my funds the next business day, so I don't have a bank anymore. I have been opting to use this card but have been unable since March 2023 until the present. I'm still getting paper checks out of compliance with SSI rules because as I'm told by SSI employees the bank that backs these cards is not allowing any of those cards that I receive from DX to process. Because of this ongoing issue your unprofessional behavior has been the sole cause of my being in non-compliance with SSI rules and would be the only cause for me to lose my SSI benefits. Your bank is causing me extreme hardships, depression, and many other mental and emotional harm due to constantly being on the verge daily of losing my SSI/SSDI benefits. Due to no cause of my own. At any time, of losing my well needed benefits. I or anyone else haven't been able to solve this serious issue. I'm almost certain that my 5 years back pay was not calculated correctly as well but not your problem.

Desired outcome: Send me to this address the reason(s) for this continuous violation and warring tactics you're using to disrupt my life in such a very harsh manner
