Great service! No complaints. They were very responsive and courteous. I had no problems with them. The price wasn't too bad either.

Our cars got picked up from FL to be taken to CT. Supposed to be delivered in 2 days, they arrived completely damaged a week later. We were lied to the whole time. Halfway through the transfer, we got a call saying the driver quit when he was actually driving with a suspended license. They had to send out a new driver. A week later, our cars arrived completely damaged. Our housekeeper, who is special needs, wasn't authorized to sign for the cars. The driver took advantage of him and had him sign to avoid liability. We were still in FL at this point. Our brand new Dodge Ram Special Edition was missing the entire sunroof. It was completely cracked, and there was glass in the car. The driver taped garbage bags to the roof, which collected rainwater. Our Mercedes G Wagons roof was dented all along the moonroof. They didn't inform us of any of this. When we called, they told us they're not liable. The customer service has been completely useless and very unprofessional and rude. We have video surveillance proving the cars arrived damaged. This company is unethical and should be out of business for this type of service.

I used Direct Express Auto Transport a few years back and it was great. I used them again last weekend and my car was picked up in less than 24 hours and delivered to me 2400 miles away in perfect condition. They are really professional and choose the best transporters. Thanks Direct Express! :-)

In Feb I set up my car to be picked up in March, got a good deal. But now, 3 weeks later, my car is still at the pickup spot. I had to pay $200 more to get another company to transport it on priority. I wish they told me they couldn't deliver it instead of wasting my time.

Experience was good, anyone wanting to move a car should know these companies are brokers, matching trucking companies to consumers who need their cars moved. The company that moved our car was fine, Direct Auto Express makes sure the trucking companies are bonded and licensed. Would use them again.

I used Direct Express to ship my car from Tampa to Atlanta. Even though I wasn't in a hurry to get the car moved, I was shocked when they picked it up the day after I ordered it and delivered it two days later. I was also surprised that they didn't try to charge me more than the original quote. I was really happy with their service.
