I changed banks and now i have been trying for weeks to update my banking details both online and via email. I work out of the country and have limited cellphone coverage and this is also very expensive and a security risk factor.
I did speak to a consultant and she was rude, arrogant and did not seem to know what to do.
There is no responses to emails or even requests on the direct axis website in south africa.
I cannot complain about customer service because there is no customer service to begin with. Disgusting.
