wedding dress from baby online
Hi, Im from South Africa Pretoria. I ordered a wedding dress from baby online and paid for it on the 17th of October 2018. The dress arrived mid November 2018 and I told the seller that i was not happy with a dress since it didnt look like the dress in the pictures at Dh gates and the material was totally different from the picture. The size of the dress was also too big for me and the dress was shapeless. The seller then told me to return the dress as I needed a refund and she said I can use any post services to ship the dress back. On the 19th of November 2018 I shipped back the dress using postnet and I paid R3179. 00 for the shipment. i then informed the seller that I shipped the dress and requested for a refund on the amount I used to ship the dress since it was not my fault that she designed a bad disappointing dress that didn't look like anything on the picture. I told the seller that the dress arrived on 24 November 2018 to china and it was delivered on the address that she supplied. The seller ignored my messages and after a few days she told me that she will not accept the dress and I must take it back to SA as she wants it to be posted on post office. I then reminded her that she told me to use any post service to ship the dress and I told her that I even took a loan to ship back the dress since I didn't have any money. Im now stressed and bankrupt because of her mistreatment and negligence. Last week I received a call from postnet and they told me that the parcel is on hold in China since the seller refused to pay 15 dollars to collect it. I told the seller about this and she was rude to me as always and refused to collect the dress. I am therefore requesting DH gates to urgently refund me a total amount of R9541. 00 that baby online owes me. R6362. 00 is for the dress that I purchased and returned and R3179. 00 is for the shipment costs. pictures of these amounts are attached here. Baby online doesn't care about customers needs and rights, their service is extremely bad, disappointing and it lacks quality. They are greedy and they made me believe that online shopping is the worst thing ever that should not be considered by anyone.

lace material and white shoes
I ordered two items from your website for the amount of $90.47
1. Lace from Dominicchin
2. Men's white shoes from Kvolll
I did not receive a confirmation email or order numbers. I tried to reorder the lace I really needed but cancelled the second order because my credit card was already charged. I do not want to be charged twice. I have contacted the above sellers and they do not have any order on record.
Can someone contact me so I will know if the order went through and when I will receive them.

wedding dress and veil
Sorry to do this but I am so upset and have had my mental health illness made worse by this I messaged a few sellers in September as I wanted to order a certain wedding dress finally I chose one and placed order after a delay in order seller and I agreed on a free petticoat for my dress and I was happy then I messaged seller as my order had tracking number on and said shipped but I couldn't track my package the number was invalid I then messaged seller numerous times and finally got that seller had not shipped my dress and veil as they wanted to ship together then after more messages I finally got a tracking number and packages were in France then after a week and again numerous messages and a threat of me seeking legal advice and calls to courier I made seller finally booked package in for delivery then when my dress arrived the petticoat was in package but no veil plus it was in the smallest bag which I will provide pictures and beads on dress we're hanging off and petticoat was bent and broke so I then rushed it to several shops for a seamstress to repair in time for wedding and chased my veil then I got the correct tracking number again for veil and the day seller gave me correct tracking number was the day it arrived with courier refusing to leave it without £20 fee then my veil had a rip in it which I can provide pictures of and sequins missing I informed seller and said all this but was sorry I didn't have pictures of my dress as it was with seamstress as I needed it repaired ASAP and had rushed it to seamstress and would provide pictures and was made to feel like it was my fault saying I opened packaging with scissors which I did not and I escalated this with customer service advice which had done nothing saying they can't wait for pictures sorry and that's it I do suffer with severe mental health problems and take medication and this has made me so ill and I feel like it's my fault and it wasn't worth it at all I have had a nightmare of a experience and nothing has been done at all to help me

I bought a 10 dollar hat and now I get endless spam from them. This smells like a illegitimate site if they dont have a legit unsubscribe link or any way to stop the crap. I'm thinking oh yeah. keep emailing me and I'll just be convinced to buy more stuff Right.. ANNOYING... and the comments posted here that claim DHGate is a great place to shop are clearly written buy someone not in command of the english language. BEWARE.. JUNK SITE

no confirmation of purchase from dhg
I just order the LV watch [protected] and the LV wallet [protected]. The money was deducted from my credit card and I have not received confirmation from DHG on the expected delivery date. I tried customer service and to no avail I was redirected after waiting approximately (4) hours. I tried calling the #[protected] and the mailbox is full or I'm simply hung up on.
Please help as the purchase is for Christmas gifts and if need be I'll shop else where but want my money refunded ASAP.

hi, so I've been waiting for my refund for over three months now. I have taken screenshots of this conversation and I plan on taking any action necessary to have it back as the shipping came late and you guys missed my wedding. I have had a very bad experience with your company and I plan on writing a negative. I do not recommend this company. I am writing because, although I have sent various messages already, I want to have my refund by tomorrow. The customer service is really bad. They are impossible to deal with via dhgate messaging and sent them proof pictures 4 times and they said not received, chat rep sent and assured they did get yet Airsoftclub also known as www.snitactical .com [protected]@hotmail.com still claim no images received.
dhgate has it hidden in their terms that buyer has to purchase return shipping label and if/when seller receives and dhgate ok's return then, if lucky you are refunded both payments. *There are many reports online that no refund is given for either payment.
AVOID DHgate and www.snitactical.com at all cost and if you got RIPPED OFF like many others have by snitactical, then SPREAD THE WORD!

All dhgate often does on these boards is use a canned response asking for order number and email.

Not only did seller change deadline for shipping three times: 19.09.18, 29.09.18 then 08.10.18; I complained abt these several times but specifically indicated the dress I wanted. Shipment was set to arrive on Monday 15th Oct, it was delivered Tuesday 16th via fedex...When I saw dress was broken and upset, I was ripped off, however, attempted to agree with seller attempted everything but sellers ultimate proposal is to refund me a $100.00 for a dress I paid 214.67, with excuse that he is intern and will loose job, how is it my fault they use an apprendice for job, thus whole procedure is long and uncalled for...Im so disappointed, I need my money to get another dress, I was to have pre wedding pictures on sunday 21, but this has to change...I ordered from other sellers who were okey, but ture lover just made you loose a valuable customer. He also submited value claim of $40, now if he registers that dress cost 40, why should i have to pay more if i nva ordered, why should i pay shipping when he had an intern screw up order. A few weeks ago I purchased trainers from DHGATE but when the item was delivered the size was correct but the upper of the trainers were big and flimsy and my feet would slip from trainers it was impossible to wear so due to already having previous orders of trainers from DHGATE I asked for the item to be returned they would not allow this I then asked for a refund I then got abusive email from the seller so after contacting customer service they was just as bad the outcome was they did not listen or response to my concerns all they did say was it was the correct size that was delivered I then asked the person dealing with my complaint to pass on to a manager to review and look at my complaint this was never done

I purchased boots from this seller 'kvolll' on the 13.08.18 for a total of $52.84 after not receiveing them and still not been able to track them, i messaged ' kvoll' several times to no reply. When they finally replyed it was very short and unhelpfull. This is now OVER 2 MONTHS !. I have still not been able to track them or get any kind of refund, compensation or even an apology for this appalling customer service!. I would very much like to get this resolved asap so I can feel comfortable shopping on dhgate agian.

I have sent 6 messages to besthunter regarding this item they have replied twice asking for my order number. The problem is that the telescopic rifle scope mounts are to small for this size of scope 6*24*50. I have informed them of this. I have even sent them 3 pictures showing the scope does not fit. 1) That the mounts for the scope are to small in height. 2) The yardage adjustable front sight bell that you adjust the distance to the target is touching the barrel so you cannot adjust the yardage to the target unless you remove the scope every time you try to take a shot, it also shows the mounts are not tall enough to fasten onto gun barrel mounting rail. 3) This rifle scope is therefore not fit for purpose. I would appreciate it if you would get in touch with this Trader to Resolve the issues I have with Besthunter if you cannot resolve the problem I would appreciate a refund. I have a couple small issues, but this seller will not answer me anymore and when they do it is just random crap that does not solve the issue. Like telling 3 times that is at the post office. It is not at the post office. I have contacted them and visited the office several times and they have assured me that it never arrived. The last tracking update was at the beginning af August. I would like another pair or my money back. Additionally I would like a free item to compensate me for the stress, time wasted and the fact that the item was meant for the summer which has now passed.

I bought a Xiaomi Robot vacuum cleaner from seller Eternal88. The sale went as they all do and the item was supposedly posted. Several weeks later I received a message saying that my item had been delivered and the transaction was completed, without me actually verifying that I'd received the item, which I had not. I made contact and was told that the item had been sent, but had been sent to the wrong address. I then requested a refund of my money which was approved by DHgate. I have now been waiting for approximately 4 months with no refund to be seen. I have since learnt that Eternal88 no longer has a store with DHgate, but the replies I get to my messages to customer service continue to suggest that they're monitoring that ex-sellers account and will forward me my refund as soon as there is enough money in their account. I have informed them that the seller no longer exists and that therefore there will never be enough money in his account to refund me. They are either stupid, or they jus refuse to recognise the fact that I am now, and will always be $400 out of pocket because some dodgy [censored] on their website. My frustration with their pathetic assistance has been borne out in the emails I have sent them now they will not even reply to my emails. They are a disgraceful excuse for integrity. They should be ashamed of their bad business ethics.

I am writing from the Bronx, New York, and had a similar experience with Sophie Xie. The woman is a con. My ordeal has been ongoing since March 14th. I have no dress, no money and DH Gate says there's nothing they can do. Guess what? They can stop advertising her cheap copies and lying ads. I'll never buy from DH Gate again and will tell anyone who will listen not to either.
