Purchased a cover for my X-14 and it does not fit. I have been emailing cover anything since 29/6 and receive 1 sentence suggestions clearly stating that I am fitting the cover incorrectly. The customer service is dreadful, you can’t get through on the phone due to the ridiculous wait times. I am trying to escalate this to the CEO prior to issuing an chargeback on my CC.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Super easy to shop here, and the covers are far better quality, and more reasonably priced than the others I saw on line at other places. Need a cover, just get it here and move on with your life!

Not impressed at all, when buying their marketing states custom fit covers, doesn't even cover my boat completely, when i contacted them I was told not a custom fit but generic, no offer of replacement or remedy :(

I bought cover for Bayliner 185. It is said garranty fit. When i received i found it is bigger 3ft (1m) then it is need to be. I call them. They were rude. They do not want to return or exchange. Customer service is bad.

My husband bought a car cover for $ 129 that should be 100% full waterproof. We received a cheaper item similar to a perforated vacuum bag. Shipping tag for this cover was 12 pounds, real weight was 7. We sent the goods back and the company refunded 79$.

Ordered a cover for my Cadillac from Cover anything. Received cover quickly, fabric was of great quality and the fit was perfect. I have used other services for covers previously but will only shop with cover anything from this point forward. I have not been compensated for this review.

I live in Florida. I leave my cars out, under a car port for 6 months. I ordered your best car cover for my Mercedes approx. 3 years ago. It is still working great! Just ordered another cover for my BMW to replace the original manufacturers cover that came with the car. The covers seem to perform as specified.

Very disappointed! The first order was the wrong size. When I returned it they deducted $30 from my price and I paid to have it shipped back to them. This company has done this to me twice. I guess I should have known not to do business with them again. BEWARE! They do not stand behind their product. Spend the extra dollars and get a quality truck cover and a company that will stand behind their products.

Ordered an item early March. Mid March I called and they said it would be until April when I would get it. I had them cancel and requested a refund. They said ok. I ordered item from another vendor. Few days later the cancelled item arrives to apartment complex office (not expected mid March). I ask them that I need to return it. Turns out they made a mistake in the communication about the delay. I already opened the second item I bought from another vendor. Well this company said I can't return it because it's custom. Horrible customer service. Bad communication and customer stuck with the expense on their mistake.

I received a car cover for my jeep and it arrived damaged, and beside it was made from paper for $89. they didn't tell me the delivery date, and i found out after they shipped it, which was going to late for me use it. Then they told me i could stopped to order until it arrived, well i open it and it was damaged, which by the time of arrival i didn't need it any more, so tired it on another car, but it was damaged. So they told me they would send me another one and it hasn't arrived yet, due on March 25, after waiting for a month already and i still have seen a replacement yet. I want my refund, for lack of they're own policy.

I recently purchased a cover for my 76 Gold Wing MC. Upon first observation out of the box

it appeared far too small. Tried it on the bike and it was at least a 18 inches too short in length

and the same in reaching the ground. It barely covered the valve covers. I could have gone into

Walmart and bought a grill cover that would be a better fit. I called the company and explained

the situation and was told to ship the cover back and they would replace it with a larger cover.

all I had to do was give them my credit card # for the replacement and they would charge me for

handling and re-stocking. After reading numerous reviews on this company that wasn't going

to happen. More than likely another wrong fit and then what.

Buyer beware:

This business sells covers for vehicles. However, the cover I purchased did not fit the vehicle as advertised by CoverAnything. We placed the cover briefly on the car and we could immediately tell it was too small and not as advertised and it was returned the same day. They charged a 20% restocking fee upon receiving the item, even though the item was defective and should be covered by their return policy of a full refund.

When disputing the fee, they claim the cover was dirty since it touched the car and furthermore that they are not responsible for the cover actually fitting the vehicle. I'm not sure how it is not their and their manufactures responsibility that a cover does not fit as they claim. The cover was too small, not too large, so it did not cover the vehicle, which is the entire point of a cover.

This company states that their covers are guarateed to fit. I ordered the cover for my original, stock classic car with no aftermarket parts. This cover was too small. I sent it back and they charged for shipping and restocking which was almost $70. I'm a single mom, I could barely afford to buy this cover in the first place but wanted to protect my precious family heirloom that I inherited when my father passed. Now my car sits without any protection at all and I'm very upset that I trusted this company. The cover did not fit, through no fault of my own. I felt comfortable doing business with them because I foolishly believed they would actually stand by their word. If a company makes a guarantee, they should hold up to that WITHOUT charging a substantial fee. I would not have had to return this cover if it fit like it was GUARANTEED to. This company lies and has no problem stealing your money. Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I ordered a boat cover that was supposed to fit my particular boat. When ordering, Coveranything.com asked my boat year, make & model. Another question for ordering was if my boat had an extended platform, which I answered it did not. When I got the cover, it was way way to long. I think they sent one for a boat with an extended swim platform, although they would not confess to that. I was really disappointed and had to send it back. When I received my refund, they kept the shipping charge to ship it back to them. I stressed that this was totally unfair since it was their fault for sending me a cover that was the wrong size. It's no use complaining, it falls on deft ears, they just don't care. Take caution if you plan on ordering a boat cover from this company. They claimed that they sent me a cover for my particular boat, and it was way off! I will never order anything from this company again! And I am out of my $21.80 to ship something back to them that was their error in the first place! Horrible customer service here too!

Their web site makes it appear that you are ordering a cover made specifically for your boat. To be certain, I called and spoke to a rep who assured me that the cover would fit my boat. The cover did not fully cover my boat, and was in no way fitted to my boat. Based on this, I was not interested in getting another cover from this company, so I shipped it back for a refund, along with three plastic posts that the rep had suggested I purchase to help support the cover. After a couple of weeks I had not received a refund, so I contacted the company again. I was then sent a partial refund with no explanation why it wasn't the full amount. After contacting them yet again, they claimed that not all of the posts were returned, which was not true. They then sent an additional refund, but still not the full amount. When I again asked why not, they said they were just following their posted policy. Since then, I have found many similar complaints about this company, that it suggests they are running a clever scheme to falsely claim that returned items are dirty or incomplete, and make money on returns of products that don't live up to their claims. Why are all the ComplaintsBoard.com's reviews of this company 5 stars, even those that complain about their experience with Cover Anything?

Ensure that you're thinking about the customer first so that your reputation will drive more customers to your company. All it takes is one unhappy customer to turn away more future business.

It always makes sense to read the reviews from past customers so you don't end up not getting what you ordered. I first ordered my Cover on 12/2 when I went online to order a new boat cover for my 2001 MasterCraft 195 Pro Star ski boat. I typed in what boat all the information required and added that I wanted the swim platform covered. When I received the Cover and put it on my boat, I found it way too big and wasn't the right size. I contacted Cover anything and spoke with ***, who told me what happened with my order. Evidently, when you add the platform to any boat cover, it bumps up the cover size to the next side boat. They emailed me return postage to send it back, and I was told that I needed to order a custom cover that would fit my boat. *** took my order, and I waited for my new Cover to arrive. Now we are in Mid January, and the new Cover comes. I put this Cover on, and it's 8-12 inches too short. I contact ***, and she tells me to send her pictures on 1/25 to show her that it doesn't cover my platform. So I reach back out the next week, and still no word from Westland, my Cover's manufacture. *** asked me for my hull number, which I gave her, and then I waited for another two weeks. I put the Cover back on to make sure I wasn't wrong and sent her more pictures to let her know that the Cover doesn't fit. Then she asked me to remove the pole behind the engine that keeps water from pooling up when it rains. I told her that I don't have an extension pole. Then she asked me what the bar right behind the vents? I told her that the ski rope pole came with the boat when I purchased it in 2002.

After almost three months of trying to buy a new boat cover, I received an email today that she heard back from Westland yesterday, and they have pulled the pattern and were able to also talk to Mastercraft. That model, the SKI tow bar, was an option that year. Our Cover didn't list that as an option because we do not have the pattern to do it with the SKI tow bar. This is not a pattern issue. This is an ordering issue. Since the Cover is made to order, it is a nonreturnable cover. So it's my fault that I didn't tell them that my boat had a ski pole for this model. She told me to take it to a local shop and let them add some additional fabric to make the Cover longer so it will fit.

So the question that you need to ask yourself is the customer in the wrong for not informing Cover Anything that my boat had a ski pole, as if I knew it was an option for that year. You would think that Westland would have offered to fix the problem so that the customer was happy, even if it costed more.
