I ordered 3 things from you and it said order failed but it charged my account twice.

I bought a bag that is not acceptable. I received photos from the seller before I purchased. I was sent a bag missing the pattern from the entire bottom of the bag, logo missing from straps, size is wrong(5cm bigger). It was obviously not leather because the strong plastic/chemical smell was sickening. The seller has many stores, all under different names(designer bag 1, mj123456, zhouzhoubao123). The seller does not respond to messages. I filed a dispute/mediation and the process was awful. They agreed the size was wrong and offered me 25- (actually 11- because they deducted my coupons)which I am not happy withThey disregarded the pattern missing which is a big issue. I paid 72- The bag is not fit for use.
The seller needs to be fined/penalized for sending this to anyone. He should not be able to get away with sending a different item than ordered. Customer service also assured me I would be refunded. You can see the photo from the seller has a pattern on the bottom and what he sent me has nothing. It is the principle of the matter that this seller not get away with this.

I have not received confirmation from DHG for my purchase but the money was taken out of my account. I do not see this order on my orders either and had to sign up for an account after already creating one. I purchased from shoe02 and have all of the information about the item and the cost. I do not know why the purchase went through on my card but I did not receive an email.

If I could give zero stars I would! This dress looks nothing like the dress I ordered! This isn't the right color or style of the dress! In my communication with the seller the seller first lies about my dress being shipped out! They gave me an fake shipping number! 2 weeks later from that they provided me with a new shipping number from a different carrier stating to let them know first if the size and of color is off . Which leads me to believe they knew they were sending me the wrong dress I want my full refund! I needed this dress for my engagement photos! I'm ao disappointed and upset' ... now I have to upload better pictures because the ones I uploaded on the app wasn't clear? That makes no since! Clearly you can see the dress isn't the same style color or size of the dress I ordered I want my ful refund! I pray nobody does business with this seller EVER! My order number [protected]

I have purchased a couple of pairs of shoes 41 days ago, one pair has been returned to the buyer on 10/03/21 almost a month ago, and the other pair is still in China going in circles from Fuzhou to Guangzhou and keeps getting returned.

I opened a dispute for a refund and to cancel my 2 orders which have been opened for around 2 or 3 weeks now with no outcome, I have contacted Dh Gate several times and have got a response only once saying this message will be disregarding as they are aware of this but not doing their bloody job.

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had to date, Dh Gate needs to attend to issues straight away and not make customers who are spending money on their [censored] platform wait so long, there also need to be a way to contact them for import issues instead of spending weeks going in circles trying to find a way to contact them.

My dispute was supposed to be dealt with before 01/04/21 but still open and nothing has been done regardless of messages sent to them in th last few days. ( screen shot attached )

Hello i have had 2 packages now stopped at customs i have ordered the min on both and was never told that there was problems before with customs confiscation. The tracking numbers for both are [protected] and [protected] but the first one with tracking [protected] i disputed and only received partial refund. The seller was working with me and trying to get me to order 60 piece's and he would add 60 and repeat these steps until supplemented all 230 but on the 21st march i got a email stating i had to decided what i wanted half refund or work with seller and had until 22nd to answer well i wrote on the 21st and the still closed the dispute and refunded me 282 dollars which is less then half

Any help would be appreciated

I keep getting payment verification then it's getting cancelled, but they keep taking the money out of my account. Why can't I order anything? I've tried two different credit cards both having the same issue!

I have been charged twice on two different cards on my DHGATE order. Order numbers [protected] & [protected]. It originally failed on the first card so tried Apple Pay, which worked but it took money off both cards. I have screenshots of this, I would like one of these to refunded. I've contacted the seller but I have not had a response

Hi I made a purchase. I bought three items totaling $176.93. But I'm checking my bank statement and was charged 3 times by DHgate. So not sure what I should do. I contacted the seller and haven't received anything back from them.

Hello. I have tried to order something using a visa debit card, but it is always payment verification failed. I already sent my card info to safety center@dhgate.com, but they are not replying. How can I order again, without having a problem of my verification being failed again? I tried several times to order with my card, but dhgate keeps on rejecting my payment.

I was unable to pay for my order after trying two different cards from two different banks. I have made numerous attempts to pay for my order with no success.

The transactions were continuously declined even though I had sufficient funds in BOTH of my bank accounts.

I contacted my bank and was informed that there was no problem at all as I was able to conduct transactions from other online retailers.

It was discovered that the problem was with DH Gate and not my banking institutions.

Very unpleasant experience.

So pissed do not order from them ever and please share so no one you know gets ripped off... I think they might be doing this on purpose I found so many complaints on the same kind of issues as mine... Shame on dhgate we are in a pandemic definitely not a time to rip people off I been dealing with customer service since my delivery man didn't show up contacted canada post they did an investigation reference #138198954... They called me back an the agent said they sent some back to the wrong address to try to receive bit but no answer, the shipping label had wrong address not even my st... I want to contact customer service right away I hit received item by accident so I told the I pushed received but didn't mean too so I opened a dispute and explained all of this over and over and over again all my conversations are screenshots below... I am also tired of hearing to contact the seller how they closed the store as soon as I receive my tracking number...In my eyes your platform your responsibility to protect your customers... Don't ever buy from dhgate you regret it

So yesterday I bought 2 products with 2 different visa cards, both of them got deleted in the morning for no reason non of the owners of the products responded yet. I don't want a refund i'd prefer to get the products that I bought shipped to me.

DHgate allows seller feng520yao to cheat me out of my money this seller ship me 2 left feet boots and DHgate says this is ok how can it be ok to ship a person 2 left boots and the wrong size shoe seller sent me one shoe size 42 and one shoe size 41 and both boot was left foot no right foot and they said it's alright I sent in pictures of my proof and it still wasn't good enough I am warning people don't buy from DHgate they are crooked just like the sellers I am going to continue this fight I may not ever get my money back but I need to share my story so other people don't get rob of their money so if you reading this please don't ship at DHgate and please report them if we stick together and filing complaints about this crooked company we can shut their business down I have a long fight ahead of me but it has to be done will keep you posted and I will be sharing information any up dated I have about this fraud company look at the pictures you can see that these are 2 left feet shoes and 2 different size shoe and DHgate says it's ok for a seller to fraud and scam a buyer even though the buyers are what's keeping this fraud business running they stole my money but I believe in my heard god will bless me ten times more than what DHgate scam me out of every dishonest fraud will have to answer to god I believe god will take care that fraud seller feng520yao that DHgate allows to scam buyers on their website I did everything right I follow the guideline and DHgate still allow this seller feng520yao to scam and fraud me To DHgate one day you will suffer and lose your website's because one day someone is going to shut you down

When I receive boots on oct 25 2020 I notice that the boots were 2 left foot not only they were both left foot they also was one boot said 41 and the other boot size was 42 the seller tried to get me to keep the 2 left foot boot and give me a credit of $40
I told seller I can't not keep boots because I have no use for them why would I want to keep 2 left boots seller got upset and called me a fool and said I was trying to cheat him seller refuse to take responsibility for the mistake the seller should have checked the box 1st before shipping it out to make sure there was a left and a right boot in the box I am asking DHgate to please refund me my full refund and if seller wants these 2 left foot boots back seller has to pay for return shipping the seller

No refund from dhgate! — 28 days I returned the item I had to pay the return shipping. Order number: [protected], tracking number ch109041623us. I sent the tracking number to dhgate 5 times. No answer from the resolution center. I am going to update my case every week until I get my refund.
I was promised if I return the misrepresented item and pay for the return shipping I will get the full refund+ shipping cost.

DHgate agreed to return the item for refund, but the seller denied to take it back. The package is already in China. I had to pay for the return shipping. The BUYER PROTECTION does nothing, does not even answer to my email.

Hi, I have contacted CS agent many times they are useless and don't know what they are doing same with the safety team, my account is under restriction I am unable to receive any messages in my inbox on my DHgate account all stopped since 25th September. I have spent many hours with CS agent trying to find out what's the issue. then I was told to contact safety them to remove restriction on my account because all messages are hidden on my account but CS agent can see the messages on his side but its not showing on my side. I have emailed many times to Safety team but they keep asking what's my order number when I have told them I the restriction removed from my account but they say no restriction on my account.

I have attached screenshot of the email from CS saying my account is under restrictions and just contact safety team to remove it. I have sent this screenshot to safety team as well just what the reply was ? YES they asking me what's my order number AGAIN. They don't read the email just keep asking the same question.

I am tired contacting CS agent explaining the issue when I have asked them for report number a few times already but they don't see the issue just keeps talking about my order so wasting my time explaining again.

Then telling me I just have to wait ... I have waited 2 weeks still no fix you take my money so quick but when it comes to my account issue you don't bother trying to fix and leave it with such power customer service no wonder so much bad reviews about DHgate.
