Dear Tom,

Here is a brief narrative of this dispute.

All these are supported by documents on DHgate site.

The cell phone I received was used when I contacted the seller he agreed to pay full refund and the return shipping cost too. He said only use USPS and declare it as Translation pen valued at $15.

REAPEATEDLY, I explained to him that USPS (United States Postal Service) is in USA, I am in CANADA, the package was shipped to Canada.

He said since I did not listen to him I have to the suffer hardship of finding USPS in Canada, “ask around” he said, ridiculing me!

Also he said if I don’t do that I will have to pay for customs and he will not refund me, threatening me!

Suddenly it dawned on me that he is playing mind games with me.

There are only Canada Post, UPS, DHL and FEDEX services for shipping small packages here.

I contacted DHgate customer service and asked for advice, Mariala told me to ship it with whatever service is available here, just make sure it has a tracking number. I chose Canada Post since the other ones where much more expensive (as a Translation pen, as the seller wanted). It was returned because of having a battery in it. Apparently Canada Post does not ship anything with rechargeable batteries.

When you finally contacted me, I mentioned the details to you and you instructed me to ship it again and you would reimburse me.

DHL was the least expensive and I shipped it.

I received a friendly message from dispute center that “we understand your mood” “don’t worry we will send you an email”. Didn’t hear from anyone!

Today I checked my account at DHgate at random and I have a message from Leo telling me to pay customs on the item, which is with DHL in Fujian according to the tracking information, or he will pay the seller by Nov 6! Because I defied the seller and sent it by DHL!

It is a USED phone, made in China, shipped from China and returned to China. What charges?

Contacted you via DHgate messages, no answer.

Contacted the customer service, no SERVICE there, either!

I am getting so many conflicting, uninformed and unprofessional messages from the seller and DHgate.

I have never experienced so much aggravation over a simple transaction. And frankly I don’t know what else to do. So far I have paid $943 for a used phone with no refund.

Can someone settle this fiasco once and for all?

I ordered some slippers and a t-shirt. Never shipped. When i went to check the app to see if order finally shipped i couldnt login and apparently my account was closed but not before the company took my money. So now idk if i will get my products. I have been a faithful Dh customer for a few years now and never had an issue but now im pissed. Whatever scam yall are running now is ridiculous. To see this many people complaining about sudden account closures in the last few days after their money was taken is sickening. Give me and everyone else their money back! And get an actual customer service system that is helpful and dont piss me off further by sending some generic computer response with a link. I want to hear from a live human being capable of getting this situation resolved. No i dont have my order # because i cant login to get it and my sign in email was tied to my apple login.

I order a bag on Dhgate on October 5 2022 I was provide with a tracking number when I click it stated no data seller says it was shipped vis Ems when I pull tracking number up on Ems no record found seller send info that package was delivered I never received from oct 26 its now Nov 1 and still no package on 17 tracking I manage to see that package was delivered but I can't get in contact with no one seller don't reply to my messages I am so confuse

I found this website called DHgate. it looked like a real website, had a lot of good stuff on it at reasonable prices. So I placed an order on Oct 4. it said that it was very fast shipping and delivery within 2 to 3 days.

my order went out on Oct 5.the tracking number they gave me was UT176970878TH. It says my order will not be recieved before Jan of 2023.that is 4months from now, I have tried to get to the bottom of tracking, and the website is just taking me in circles. I cannot get an answer, when I try customer service, I keep getting a robot called tang tang. still tang tang will not answer my question about the tracking. I keep getting a rely call the seller. I asked for the number I keep getting the same response, due to the pandic you cannot contact the seller. this has been happening for the last serveral days. for hrs and hrs. I am beginning to think this is a fake website.

Hello, today I made two different purchases from your website as guest until I decided to have account with yourselves. I made two separate orders and I haven’t received any emails or any confirmation that the order is placed but the money have been taken from my account, so my question is have I been scammed? I need help.

On the 9th September I ordered the above brush from a Seller called Youyiv3. I have never received this item.

I have communicated with this seller a number of times with no satisfaction whatsoever.

I notified them that I hadnt received it and asked for a refund. On the 23 Septemeber they replied and said they were sorry but could I say why I didnt want it..!

I replied I had never received the item.

They next wrote if I would wait they would send the item in the next 5 - 7 days.

I agreed to that,

Then on the 26th September they said please apply for refund and chose the reason you dont want it.

I have tried to contact DH gate Customer services but that has proved impossible.

If you want to see the actual correspondence I have it saved.

I bought Jordan 4's from rose_fashion September 4, 2022. I was charged 106.63 cnd and can't see the product in my orders or purchase history and I got no email after purchasing. I have a order number it is [protected], but I don't know if it was put through since I got an error after purchasing the shoe.

I ordered 3 orders on dhgate. I am going through risk verifications for couple of days already. I have provided bank statement and payment history already. But still, it doesn't go through. I don't understand why. The credit card is with my name, the billing address is the same as delivery address, and I have already provided purchase history of buying on dhgate. Still, the risk verification doesn't go through. I am so disappointed, the live agent on dhgate never responds. Writing email doesn't give response either. Neither on Facebook. Is Dhgate really working? How can I get my money back? You withdraw money from me, but you refuse to procceed my orders, saying 'it is going through risk verificaton', but how can you first withdraw money then doing verifications? My money of $7200 is stolen by Dhgate! No response!

Ordered product in may. After 6 weeks of seller telling me my item was shipped but provided no tracking info I filed a dispute with Dhgate. Same day I filed my dispute for refund the seller shipped my item. Told seller not to ship that I wanted a refund for lying to me for weeks. DHGATE sided with the seller. BEWARE of this site. No customer service at all. BEWARE!

i bought a guitar from guitar legends ac dc [protected] they never post it 6 months gone past have never answered my messages until i asked for my money back they messaged me said they would post it if i agreed and shut case so i agreed now they still ignore my messages and i have lost £300 what a scam will never buy from DHgate again was a shame because i was willing to buy many more guitars but i have lost my money on my first purchase with Dhgate not good for Chinese trade to uk really bad customer service not answering my messages

I placed order #[protected] with Juwanstore on 4/7 for a pair of sandles in the amount of $79.05. I received a tracking number and after several weeks of no movement and limited information from the shipper I opened a dispute 5/20 indicating incorrect tracking and requested they be reshipped. The seller agreed. I requested a tracking number and he provided the same tracking number. I gave it a few days to see if by chance it would move yet nothing. Over the next 20 days we communicated and he gave multiple reasons why there was no record of my package- logistics slow, post office closed, etc. I called the china post customer service and they advised the number I have is not a valid tracker.

I attempted to submit an escalation however DHGATE has a loop in their system where it gives an error on valid email and phone numbers on the form and therefore you can not submit. Customer service will not help either.

Order late april [protected] and it arrive in June and was wet, mildewed, snap didn’t work, swollen, stunk, not useable or repairable, they refused to refund me or send new item. They stopped chatting.

My order still has not arrived and it has been almost a month. I was told that my items would arrive within two weeks, but this is way past that time. I am not even able to track my items shipping so I cannot tell when it will arrive. I planned to be home to sign for this item, but now I can no longer take time to be home when it is "scheduled" to arrive. This is very upsetting as I spent a lot of money on this item.

I ordered a car trunk liner to protect my car from the dog October 19 2021. This cost $46.81NZ.

I have never received anything ☹️!

Upon arrival, the latch on the bag is broken. A piece of the latch is missing and will not stay closed.

The absolute worst !

The absolute worst ! No power over any of the seller.

I ordered an item and the next day chatted the reseller to see if I could change the colour. He told me if he did the shipping would take an extra two weeks. For the exact same item! it was not being shipped or process at this time and a month later is still not. So I told him there is no reason for an item to take two more weeks to arrive just because its a different colour when all the items are describe as arriving at the same time no matter the color.

My refund request was denied and I contacted customer service who told me that because the seller refused they could do nothing until the seller process the refund or to wait for the shipping deadline, that is 3 month after my order was placed. I have reached out to the seller multiple times and I believe he is now mocking me because he keeps replying ; reason for refund :the buyer doesn't' want it to all my messages. I placed an Order for Two items from dhgate and although I payed only ONCE I was charged twice. I even have Proof from My Bankstatement. I have not been able to get any information from dhgate and their customer service is completely non existent. I would like full Refund as Quickly as Possible or I would never shop at DhGate again and will be forced to take Legal Action.

I ordered 8cm high heels, and received 12cm, plus shoes size is way off, fits big on me, seller is dodging my request.

I have explained many times but he keeps sending nonsense messages of being honest but he doesn't want to be honest with customer. I also sent him pictures. All i need is a pair of shoes that i can wear, im not asking for much, either i get the right ones or get my money back and I'll send the ones i got.
