DeVry University - financial aid not processed correctly and was never communicated to me.

I recently started school with DeVry University at the beginning of fall 2019 for the Medical coding and billing certificate program. At the beginning when i completed my FASFA i was informed by DeVry that i would be eligible for a grant through the government, a discount through my employer, one free class, and some credits that transferred over from my previous college. At the beginning, they advised me that after everything as applied to my tuition my total responsibility amount for the program would be somewhere around $6, 000 and some. I decided to take out a federal student loan to cover my costs. I told them this is what i wanted to do and if they needed anything to be completed in order for my loan to process. They said i have everything up to date and that i do not have to complete anything. In September 2019, a few weeks into my classes, i receive a billing statement that i owe about $2, 300. I emailed one of the student support advisors and asked them why i have a bill if i took out a federal loan to cover the costs? Received no response from her which prompted me to call them and ask them what is going on. The rep stated that my loan was not packaged. I asked him if he could do it for me. No where during this conversation did he say that my FASFA was completed incorrectly! Several months pass by and in November 2019 i receive an email and phone call from my student support advisor. I call her back and was advised then that my FASFA is completed wrong and that i need to correct it. Also while this is happening my loan still was not processed, packaged, and applied to my balances! So at this point i am owning the school over $6, 000.00! They have not been paid for the classes but have not dropped me from any courses! They let me continue to take classes without telling me that there has not been any payment, that my loan has not processed, and that i owe them money! They are still letting me take the classes. This is FRAUD! So now that i corrected my FASFA, my grant money was taken away and now i am responsible for most of the program amount. And also there is a cap on the federal loan i want to take out that doesn't even cover half of the $6, 000! Why did no one tell me that my loan was not processed?! Why did no one drop me from my courses if they have not received payment?!? i was the one who reached out to them when i received my first billing statement! This is FRAUD and i am requesting to have this adjusted off when it was their mistake for not advising me of the loan not being processed and for not dropping me from my courses. The loan should have been taken care of before i started classes in September!
