We used Designer Surfaces twice for kitchen quartz countertops. We were happy with their services until 6 months ago. Our latest purchase was about 5 years ago. We saw an 18 inch crack in our island in December . Since it was guaranteed never to crack, we contacted them in Jan/Feb 2022. After many attempts to get answers for how they would fix it, and weeks of no response, I finally heard back from one of the owners, ***. He told me in March/April that they would take care of us. It's now June. The last two times I tried to reach him, he didn't answer, and that was over a month ago. We've already agreed to be flexible on the color since the original is no longer in production. I was last told in April they were looking for pieces that could work, but I haven't heard back. Please help!
