Exceptional service and quality product! From start to finish, this company is the most professional and well run company I have ever dealt with. There were no surprises, and I was well-informed throughout the process. My final product (My large outdoor kitchen) turned out far better than I could have ever imagined! I would recommend International Granite & Stone to anyone looking for exceptional quality and a quick turnaround!

My wife and I contacted International Granite and Stone for counter tops in our home kitchen remodel and are very pleased with the results. The staff at IGS were professional, friendly and extremely helpful in our process from start to finish. We had to make adjustments due to issues on our end due to cabinet install dates, etc. and the staff with IGS were extremely patient and accommodating in meeting our needs. We would choose them again for any future project!

The most unprofessional company I have done business with in my life. Promised the job would be completed in 30 days, over 90 days later and still not completed accurately. Measured Quartz wrong 2 different times, had to re-template and even broke the sink during installation, showing up to begin an install at 7:30pm after we waited over 8 hours for them to arrive and so many more issues there isn't enough time. Honestly the worst part of the experience was the lack of communication and professionalism. Communication goes a long way!

I have had 2 projects done by International Granite and Stone. They were so pleasant and made the process so seamless. They brought samples to the house so I could see how the quartz and sinks would look in the kitchen and bath. Otherwise I would have selected the wrong color sink for the island! The template measuring was quick. After fabrication quartz and sink installation on the second day and the following day the plumber hooked everything up. The areas were left clean and the workmansihip was great. I have recommended them to neighbors.

We love our quartz counter tops and windowsills! This is my 4th total remodel, the 1st time to have IG&S do our countertops and the only company we will use going forward! Todd Y. and his team of highly professional experts were a breeze to work with. They have state of the art equipment and made sure to go over all the details with us throughout the process. The install was flawless and stunning. We get so many compliments. Wish I could share a photo here. I highly recommend going with IG&S for your next project big or small. You won't be disappointed!

I had International Granite and Stone do my outdoor kitchen. The sales rep that came out Stephen was so sweet and kind, and was incredibly thorough in setting up expectations around my project. My project coordinator Lisa was rather gruff and quite different from my sales rep. She was very informative though and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen with my project. Everything was wonderful when it was all said and done! They had a few minor hiccups with delays but they were quick to address and remedy all my problems. I can't recommend them enough to anyone!

International Granite and Stone truly went above and beyond what they had to do with my countertop install. It's no surprise with the global supply chain what it is now, that lead times are extended across the board. After having a negative experience with a competitor in the area, I turned to IGS and Josh to show him my project. Josh was courteous and quick with responding to exactly how I wanted it to be.

Lisa coordinated the installation, and the final product is incredible. Any issues we had were resolved to my absolute satisfaction and I am very happy I went with this company. I would recommend IGS to anyone in the market for new countertops.

Had work completed in April . Once you pay...you are on your own. New tops and backsplash were not measured properly. Backsplash came back too short in height and the wrong color of quartz. The instrallers had no tools and had to borrow a wrench from me. They did not remove the original drains and discarded them. Had to buy new ones. The tops were too narrow and caused gaps in the wall that they filled with putty. When the original tops were dismattled, they tore the paint/sheet rock from the wall. Horrible experience and when I notified the project manager Julie, she did nothing to correct all the deficiencies. Photos and videos available to view. Let the buyer beware!

International Granite & Stone told us right up front "we may not be the cheapest choice"...that made me a little nervous until I realized that this company is a one-stop shop. From estimate; to ripping out my old counters; to installing new, beautiful counters to plumbing, electricity, clean up - IGS co-ordinated every step flawlessly. The workers were professional and courteous and even showed up on time exactly when they said they would. What I thought was going to take weeks took IGS three days in total to accomplish. Can you imagine having to co-ordinate plumbers; a tile company; electrician and counters on your own? No way that would go as smoothly or headache free. That's exactly why IGS may not be the cheapest, but their work and stress free execution far outweighs any competitors pricing. I am very pleased to have selected this company, and so will you!

International Granite & Stone is the most unscrupulous set of people that I have ever encountered. I was 'sold' product that, according to them, is never available. I was shown a certain thickness in countertop that was not what was delivered and installed. When I complained, I was dismissed and told that those pictured/images that were used to puff the product were just for show. Meanwhile, I was priced at the puffed product. I asked for the price to be adjusted accordingly, and was offered $100 gift certificate by a quality manager who claimed he would be pissed too if he ordered his steak one way and got well done. The project manager agreed that the product was one-eighth of an inch thinner than promised but that 'that happens'. I was 'sold' continuity of the product up the wall. The final product is pieced with no continuous flow. The breaks are very obvious. International Granite and Stone refuses to remove the product and refuses to adjust the price, and only THREATENED me with a lien.

Extremely pushy sales tactics and much more expensive for exact same product as other companies quoted. After watching a video and being asked to call the ComplaintsBoard.com on a special number to hear the company's "A+ rating", I was asked if I could make a decision to begin the work today before I was even quoted a price. When I said the quote I was given was not in my budget, I was asked to look at other countertops and then asked how long it would take me to come up with the price difference for what I wanted. I refused the "included sink and plumbing" offer and was told to get a sink I wanted that I would have to buy an expensive package of a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal (due to leak considerations) even though I didn't need/want the latter twoI just wanted a quartz countertop with a 50/50 sink. I asked about getting a cutting board from the countertop sink cutting and was told I couldn't because the company had been sued for a customer dropping the quartz cutting board on their foot. Very disappointed in the aggressive sales tactics and very expensive pricing. I did not hire the company.

Working with this company was more trouble than it was worth. While the finished product FINALLY turned out ok it took a while to get there and I still have issues. I started remodeling my kitchen countertops and sink, dishwasher about spring 2019. Things were moving smoothly everything was installed until a crash, my island counter had collapsed. My cabinets beneath it were now damaged. They fixed it. I had to call them out to tighten down my faucet to prevent it from turning. The new dishwasher constantly smelled, it was because their installer had improperly positioned the pipe that leads to the disposal. In my new sink there's a constant seeping of puddy that escapes from the drain. I told the Co. about this last year and their reply was that we don't use puddy or any adhesive. This year April when I contacted them about the same issue and showed them that the puddy that seeped out of the drain matched the same puddy they used on the other side of sink they told me my warranty had run out. As far as I'm concerned do your homework before you pick a company. Too many issues! I'll never recommend them to another person.

I found a remnant on the website that I was interested in. I sent in a request on a Sunday evening and even called Monday morning to be sure they had received it. By Friday, I had heard nothing. So, I called the person who was to have responded to my request. In speaking with him, it was abundantly clear that he had not even looked at my request, despite me having sent it and calling to follow up. He then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have that which I had seen on the website. He then proceeded to tell me that they would only quote jobs that were 10 sq. ft. or more. Sooo, they advertise remnants on their website that says, "for that small project," then when someone inquires about the remnant "for that small project", they get totally dismissed because the job is not large enough. Great customer service! Perhaps they should take note of the remnant section of THEIR OWN website, taken verbatim: "Looking for Bathroom Vanity Tops or Do You Need a Small Piece of Granite Countertop or Quartz Countertop for A Smaller Project? View Our Huge Online Inventory of Remnant and Leftover Pieces of Granite, Marble, Quartz, Soapstone, Quartzite and Stone. Cheap Prices, Cut to Size and Installed For Your Custom Project." I would call a more credible company than this...

This company doesn't deserve even a half star. I contacted this company back in 2021 for countertop installation. Joe showed up. He was very nice and professional. After picking out Ocean Jasper countertops, I sign a contract. I post dating a check for the following Monday. In the contract, I had 3 days to cancel. I called International Granite and Stone the very next day. I spoke with a female by the name of Samantha (Sam). I told her that I needed to cancel my contract because I was going to go through a company called Synergy. I had a water leak in my kitchen and Synergy was supposed to clean it up and do my rebuild. I had already given Synergy a ton of money. I told Samantha since I already paid Synergy for my rebuild, I was going to let them set up my countertop instillation with IGS. I told her to cancel my contract and Synergy would be in touch. The following week was Christmas. That Monday I saw that IGS cashed my post-dated check. I sent Samantha a text message asking why did they cash my check. I canceled the contract within the 3-day timeframe. A couple of text messages back and forth which I still have copies of. Samantha tried to shake me down. She said that they are only going to return 20% of my money because Synergy did not contact them. I told her I don't care. I am owed all of my money back due to my cancellation within the 3-day timeframe. I received a message from a piece of garbage stating he could help with the situation, to just call him. I called him. He made excuses and even had the audacity to say everything was a misunderstanding, which was a total lie. Then he asked if I still wanted to do business with them. I said no way. I receive a check for the full amount IGS fraudulently stole from me. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest, underhanded, and disgusting.

The final product is good but getting here was very difficult and it is not worth the cost. First 2 guys (salesman and designer) got lost, didn't follow proper GPS, and arrived very late. Salesman was nice but didn't live up to his talk. Gave a lot of information and expected an immediate decision. Kept suggesting incentives to get us to sign at the moment. Wanted full payment upon acceptance. When told we would pay 1/2 now and 1/2 upon completion, had to go thru finance company. That's ridiculous! Price was double what we expected and compared to neighbor (who has same size unit). I should have stopped right there. Did not have sample of shade of black wanted. (went to Home Depot the next day and saw exactly what was requested but too late). Was told would change out commode but later was told no. Was to provide basket with sink but later was told no. Had to pay company $75 extra right then for one. Designer did not advise that backspashes would be short and not cover original area. Installer left 1" above splashes so that wall had to be repaired and painted by someone else. Also, large mirrors were left with no support underneath, with only glue to hold on wall. Had to get someone else to complete. Installer did a very good job with top. But took part from water conditioner so plumber could not hook it back up. Had to purchase another part and get installed. Plumber did a good job but some things were expected that he was not allowed to do. Not much communication with office. Overall, the 2 workers were good but not impressed at all with company people. It seems no one communicated with each other. We've only been in Florida a short time but in Kentucky, people take the time to introduce themselves and help the owner understand the job. Due to language barrier, it was difficult to communicate. These folks just wanted to get in and get out. Have no clue of the names of anyone except the salesman. Definitely not up to par for the price we paid.
