A Delmarva Power truck pulled into my driveway at 340 pm on 2/25/25. It was there for about 20 minutes. I have videos. The truck ran across my yard, damaged the lawn. The driver kept coming out of the truck looking around like he hit something.
I’d like to know why they were on private property without notifying me and why they were even at my house.

I tried to call customer service but got nowhere
