I live in a 700 sqare foot apartment. I keep my thermostat at 78 in the summer and 68 in the winter and my bills can range from $70.00 to $290.00 the next month. Although I pay I am very cold in the winter and very warm in the summer. I went on a budget and not sure how that helped. I never know what my bill is going to be although I change nothing on my thermostat.
