DELLcomputer's not available again

I went online to thedell website and ordered two computers Vostro 5481 laptops under my customer number [protected] and paid with my discover card, there was an issue on one transaction and i reached out to dell to see why the second one wasn't processed, they thought it was a duplicate order-no problem she put the order through and i checked my credit card and it was charged for-five hours later i get a call they aren't fullfilling either order as they don't have them in stock anymore. Now this isn't the first time i have encountered difficulty with ordering from Dell but it will be the last, looking around my office i see 5 dell computers and peripheal equipment for them all with dell on them, at home at least three so when it comes time to replace it will be another name on the computers.

    ordered computer and was told it would arrive on the 26th Sept. and found out on the 24th there is a delay because of parts will not be able to receive it till somewhen in NOvember whereas my roommate who ordered it at the same time will receive his as scheduled. Dell is not holding up to their promise. After calling the support line and the first one hung up on me I received some long explanation that parts are missing and they cannot help me. Also could not understand either of the persons talking. what a service... no thank you
